Brian Kilmeade was born on May 7, 1964. He is an American television and radio host. He is also a political commentator for Fox News. On weekdays, he helps host the morning show Fox & Friends. He also hosts the Fox News Radio program The Brian Kilmeade Show. On weekends, he hosts One Nation with Brian Kilmeade, which started in 2022. He has also written or helped write several books.

Early Life and School
Brian Kilmeade was born in 1964 in Massapequa, New York. He is the second son of Marie Rose Kilmeade and James Kilmeade Jr. His father was born in 1931. Brian's grandfather, James Kilmeade Sr., was born in Ireland in 1905. He moved to New York in 1925. Brian's mother was born in 1934 in Ozone Park. She grew up in St. Albans, Queens.
After finishing Massapequa High School in 1982, Brian went to LIU Post. This college is in Brookville, New York. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986.
Brian Kilmeade's Career
Brian Kilmeade started his career at Channel One News. This was a daily TV news program for high school students across the country. Later, he worked as a news anchor and host for KHSL-TV in Chico, California. He also co-hosted The Jim Brown Show on KLSD. This was an all-sports radio network.
Early Sports Reporting
In 1993, Kilmeade joined Jim Brown to announce the first Ultimate Fighting Championship event. He did interviews with fighters after their matches. He then became the main announcer for UFC 2 and UFC 3 in 1994.
From 1997, Kilmeade was a freelance sports anchor for WVIT (NBC) in Hartford, Connecticut. He also worked as a sideline reporter for MSG Network. He covered Major League Soccer games, especially for the MetroStars team.
Later, he was a reporter and anchor for NewSport. There, he hosted NewSport Journal. This was a daily magazine show about sports. He also anchored Scoreboard Central, a live sports program. His website says he has 10 years of experience as a stand-up comedian.
Working at Fox News
Since 1998, Kilmeade has been a co-host of Fox's morning TV show, Fox & Friends. He hosts it with Steve Doocy and E. D. Hill. In April 2006, he took over the Fox News Radio time slot of former Fox anchor Tony Snow. Tony Snow had left to become the White House press secretary.
Kilmeade is often a panelist on The Five. This show airs nightly on FNC. He also hosts the Fox News Radio program The Brian Kilmeade Show. He hosts "What Made America Great" on Fox Nation too. Since 2022, he has also hosted One Nation with Brian Kilmeade on weekends for Fox News.
In April 2023, Kilmeade was chosen to host Fox News Tonight for a week. This show replaced Tucker Carlson Tonight.
Personal Life
Brian Kilmeade is married to Dawn Kilmeade. Her maiden name was DeGaetano. They have three children together: Bryan, Kirstyn, and Kaitlyn.
