Crosby Ravensworth is a small village and a civil parish located in the Eden area of Cumbria, England. It's about 4 miles (6.4 km) east of the M6 motorway and the town of Shap. In 2011, the village had a population of 517 people.

The area around Crosby Ravensworth has a long history. People lived here even in prehistoric times. You can still find old remains like the White Hag stone circle.
Ancient Discoveries
In the 1800s, two very old and special Celtic spoons were found here. These spoons are from the Iron Age and are called "La Tène" spoons. They are now kept at the British Museum in London.
Historical Landmarks
Near the village, you can see the remains of a moat around Corsby Hall farm. A moat is a deep, wide ditch, usually filled with water, built to protect a castle or building.
There's also a monument called Black Dub. It remembers when Charles II of England visited in 1651. On the nearby fell, you can find a place known as Robin Hood's Grave.
