Andrew Michael Edgar Seeley (born April 30, 1982) is a Canadian actor, singer, and dancer. He is well-known for his work with the Walt Disney Company, especially for his singing in the first High School Musical movie. Drew started dancing in Ontario, Canada, when he was a child. Later, he moved to Florida to continue his career.

Early Life and Family
Drew Seeley grew up in Toronto, Canada, and quickly discovered his love for performing. When he was younger, he was part of a boy band called Nu Ground. He also performed in a big musical show called Show Boat for a whole year.
In 2005, Drew started working with a talented producer named Ray Cham. Together, they wrote a song called "Get'cha Head in the Game." This song was featured in the popular High School Musical movie and was even nominated for an Emmy Award for Best Original Music and Lyrics!
Drew is married to actress and comedian Amy Paffrath. They have one daughter, who was born in 2019. In the same year, Drew also became a citizen of the United States.
Career Highlights
Early Films and Music (2004–2010)

In 2004, Drew Seeley appeared in the Disney Channel movie Stuck in the Suburbs. He played a hotel employee in the film.
A big moment in Drew's career came in 2005 with High School Musical. He auditioned for the main role of Troy Bolton. While Zac Efron got the part, Drew became Troy's singing voice in the movie! Their voices were mixed together to create the songs you hear. Drew also filled in for Zac Efron on the High School Musical: The Concert tour. He performed in huge arenas, singing to thousands of fans. You can hear his voice on the movie's soundtrack and the stage musical version.
Drew continued to work with Disney on many projects. He sang on several Disney albums like Disneymania 5 and Disneymania 6. He also had a duet with the singer Belinda called "Dance with Me" for The Cheetah Girls 2 movie soundtrack. This song was played a lot on the Disney Channel and Radio Disney.
In 2008, Drew lent his voice to the famous The Chipmunks on their CD Undeniable. He sang a new version of "Shake Your Groove Thing" with Alvin and his brothers. Drew also wrote and performed music for the Disney Channel movie Jump In!, which starred Corbin Bleu and Keke Palmer.
Drew starred alongside Selena Gomez in the movie Another Cinderella Story, where he played a pop star named Joey Parker. He wrote and sang four songs for the film, including "New Classic."
In 2009, Drew took on the role of Prince Eric in the Broadway musical The Little Mermaid. He also had a main role in the horror film The Shortcut. In 2010, he starred in the TV movie Freshman Father.
Later Work and Albums (2011–Present)
Drew released his album The Resolution in April 2011. To share his new music, he went on a tour across the country. He also sang a song called "Dance for Life" for the Disney Channel show Shake It Up. This song was on the show's soundtrack, Shake It Up: Break It Down. Another one of his songs, "It's Always Been You," was used as the theme for the 2011 Hallmark Channel movie Crown for Christmas.
In 2012, Drew starred in the movie I Kissed a Vampire with Lucas Grabeel. He also released music videos for his songs "Beautiful" and "Into The Fire." Drew recorded another song for Shake It Up called "I Do," which was a bonus track on the Shake It Up: I Love Dance soundtrack.
In 2013, Drew filmed a new movie called Lovestruck: The Musical for ABC Family. He played "Young Ryan" and sang his own version of Usher's "DJ's Got Us Fallin’ in Love." He also co-wrote and performed "Here & Now," a theme song for ABC Family's spring campaign.
From 2014 to 2017, Drew performed as Bob Gaudio in the US tour of the musical Jersey Boys. In 2022, he recorded the song "Fire" for the web series Rainbow High.
