Embden Pond is a great place for fishing. You can find fish like smallmouth bass, lake trout, and land-locked Atlantic salmon here. Many homes and seasonal camps are built along the pond's edge. There is also a public boat ramp at the south end of the pond. This ramp is close to where Mill Stream flows into the Carrabassett River.
