Falkenberg Municipality (Falkenbergs kommun) is a special area in Halland County on the west coast of Sweden. It's like a local government area. The main town and where the local government is located is called Falkenberg.
This municipality was created in 1971. It brought together the old City of Falkenberg with several smaller areas. Today, Falkenberg is well-known for its food and drink companies.
