John Everett Tourtellotte (born February 22, 1869 – died 1939) was a very important American architect. He designed many famous buildings, especially in the western United States. He is most well-known for his amazing work in Idaho.

In Boise, Idaho, John Tourtellotte designed several key buildings. These include the grand Idaho State Capitol building. He also designed the Boise City National Bank and the old Carnegie Library.
