Keltie Colleen Knight (born January 28, 1982) is a super talented Canadian TV star, podcast host, and author. She has even won three Emmy Awards! Before becoming famous on TV, Keltie was a professional dancer.
You might know her as a co-host on E! News. She used to be a co-host and reporter for The Insider and Entertainment Tonight. Keltie has interviewed many big stars like Oprah, Kim Kardashian, Meryl Streep, and Ed Sheeran.
Keltie also helped create and host a music game show called SUPERFAN. It started on CBS in 2023. She was also a professional dancer for the famous Radio City Rockettes. She danced for the New Jersey Nets and New York Knicks basketball teams too! Keltie has even performed with music stars like Taylor Swift.

Growing Up
Keltie Knight was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, on January 28, 1982. She grew up in a place called Sherwood Park. From a very young age, Keltie loved to dance. She took many different dance lessons and competed in dance shows all over Canada. When she was just 8 years old, she entered her first worldwide dance competition!
Her amazing dance career began even before she finished high school. This led Keltie to move to the United States, where she got her first professional dancing job.
Her Career Journey
Keltie started her dancing career in the United States as a special dancer. She appeared in many music videos and was part of several professional dance teams. In 2003, Keltie became a professional cheerleader for the NBA team, the New Jersey Nets, for two years. She continued to cheer in the NBA for the New York Knicks until 2007. During this time, she also danced on the TV show Saturday Night Live in 2006.
Her dancing in music videos led her to perform with artists like John Legend, Gym Class Heroes, and Fergie starting in 2007. In 2009, she was even featured on the cover of Dance Spirit Magazine! Keltie danced for many music artists, including Taylor Swift. She also spent six seasons as a Radio City Rockette.
Keltie also danced in movies! She was in Enchanted in 2007 and Footloose in 2011.
Becoming a TV Presenter
In 2010, Keltie started to focus more on being a TV presenter. She became the host of an online music series for Live Nation. In this job, she interviewed musicians often and attended music festivals across the US.
After working with Live Nation, Keltie became a reporter in 2012 for the TV show, The Insider. As a reporter, she covered many red carpet events, where celebrities walk and are interviewed. She reported from big events like the Emmy Awards and the Grammy Awards. She also covered The Vanity Fair Oscar Party and The People's Choice Awards.
After several years as a reporter, Keltie became a weekend co-host for The Insider. She interviewed famous actors like Julia Roberts, Tom Hanks, and Bradley Cooper. She also talked with Jennifer Lawrence about The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and Miley Cyrus about her Bangerz Tour. In 2015, Keltie had a small role in the movie Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! where she played a reporter. Since 2015, Keltie has also hosted the "Thanksgiving Day Parade Live on CBS" with her Entertainment Tonight co-host Kevin Frazier. When The Insider show ended in 2017, she joined Entertainment Tonight.
LadyGang Podcast and TV Show
Since December 2015, Keltie has been a co-host for the popular podcast series LadyGang. She hosts it with her friends Becca Tobin and Jac Vanek. The podcast was even nominated for a People's Choice Award in 2018!
On October 28, 2018, LadyGang TV started on E!. Keltie, Jac Vanek, and Becca Tobin were the hosts and also helped produce the show. Famous guests like Sabrina Carpenter and Ed Sheeran appeared on the show.
In 2023, it was announced that "Superfan", a music game show, would start on CBS. Keltie helped create the show, is an executive producer, and co-hosts it with CBS Mornings anchor Nate Burleson. The show looks for the biggest fans of different music artists in America.
Fashion Style
Because Keltie is a TV presenter, her outfits are often shown in fashion magazines. After she appeared at The Grammy Awards, her style was featured in the Netherlands version of Vogue. She was also in the Netherlands version of Elle magazine for a dress she wore at the People's Choice Awards.

Her Life Outside Work
Keltie Knight lives in Los Angeles, California with her husband, Chris Knight. They have been married for ten years. Chris works in the music industry. They also have a rescue dog named Calle.
In April 2018, Keltie was in a car accident and broke her right hand. Like another TV host, Mary Hart, she wore different brightly colored slings to match her outfits for each show while she was recovering.
