Roland Powell (born on June 12, 1977), known as Lil Duval, is an American comedian, musician, and actor. He became famous for his stand-up comedy. In 2005, he was a finalist on BET's comedy show Coming to the Stage.
Lil Duval has been a regular on MTV2 shows like Guy Code and Hip Hop Squares. From 2013 to 2014, he hosted the video show Ain't That America on MTV2. Besides comedy, he also writes for Ozone magazine. He has appeared in many music videos too.

Early Life and Career Beginnings
Roland Powell was born on June 12, 1977. He grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. He chose the stage name "Lil Duval" to honor his hometown, Duval County, Florida. After finishing high school, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia.
Lil Duval released his first solo song and music video on April 1, 2014. It was called "Wat Dat Mouf Do?" and featured Trae tha Truth.
