Tavares Lamont Taylor (born January 6, 1993), known as Lil Reese, is an American rapper. He became famous in the early 2010s from the drill music scene in Chicago. He is well-known for working with other artists like Chief Keef, Fredo Santana, and Lil Durk. In 2012, Lil Reese was featured on Chief Keef's popular song "I Don't Like". This song was a big hit, reaching high spots on music charts. Later that year, Lil Reese released his first mixtape, called Don't Like. Since then, he has released many more mixtapes and EPs, including Supa Savage in 2013 and a project with Lil Durk called Supa Vultures EP in 2017.

Early Life in Chicago
Tavares Taylor grew up in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. He came from a large family. During his childhood, he became good friends with fellow artist Lil Durk.
Lil Reese's Music Career
Lil Reese first became widely known when he was featured on Chief Keef's hit song "I Don't Like". This song gained attention all over the world. After this, his own music videos, like "Us" and "Beef", also became very popular. A famous music producer named No I.D. noticed Lil Reese's talent. No I.D. had worked with big names like Common and Kanye West. This led Lil Reese to sign with the hip hop record label Def Jam.
In November 2012, Lil Reese released a new version of his song "Us". This remix featured famous rappers Rick Ross and Drake. It later appeared on Rick Ross's mixtape The Black Bar Mitzvah. Lil Reese also made many songs with rising music producers, such as Young Chop. He was also featured on Juelz Santana's song "Bodies". In January 2013, he released a remix of his song "Traffic" with Young Jeezy and Twista. On September 2, 2013, Lil Reese released his second solo mixtape, Supa Savage. This mixtape included guest appearances from artists like Chief Keef, Lil Durk, Fredo Santana, Wale, and Waka Flocka Flame.
