The Little North Fork White River is a stream that flows through the Ozarks region. It starts in southern Missouri and then enters northern Arkansas. This river is an important part of the Bull Shoals Reservoir.

About the Little North Fork White River

This river is found in the southern parts of Douglas and Ozark counties in Missouri. It then continues its journey into Marion County in Arkansas. The Ozarks are a beautiful area known for their hills and forests.

Where the River Flows

The Little North Fork White River begins in south-central Douglas County, Missouri. This is about three miles southwest of a small town called Squires. From there, the stream flows south into northwest Ozark County. It passes by the community of Toledo.

As it continues south, the river flows next to Missouri Route JJ. It also goes under Missouri Route 95 near Thornfield. The river then passes the old mill site at Hammond. Finally, it flows into a northern arm of Bull Shoals Reservoir. This part of the lake is located between Theodosia and Isabella.

The stream then becomes part of Bull Shoals Lake. It flows past Pontiac and continues into Arkansas. In Arkansas, it passes to the west of Oakland and Arkansas Highway 202.
