The Nickelodeon UK Kids' Choice Awards was a super fun event held for the first time in the United Kingdom! It was announced in May 2007. This big show was just like the Kids' Choice Awards in America and Australia.
The first UK Kids' Choice Awards took place on 20 October 2007. It was held at the ExCeL Exhibition Centre in London. The popular pop band McFly were the hosts for the exciting night.
Kids got to vote for their favorites online. They visited the Nickelodeon website to pick their winners. Some lucky voters even won tickets to attend the live show in London! There was also a special competition called "Nickelodeon's Big Green Thing." People who joined in could win family tickets too.
