The Chairman of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldovan Republic is like the main manager of the government in a place called Transnistria. Transnistria is a territory that is not recognized as an independent country by most of the world, and it is officially considered part of Moldova. History of the Government Leader
For a short time, from September to November 1990, there was a Chairman of the Government named Stanislav Moroz. After that, the role of Prime Minister was removed. Until 2012, the President was the main leader of the government.
The job of Prime Minister was brought back on January 1, 2012. This happened because of changes made to the Constitution of the Pridnestrovian Moldovan Republic in June 2011.
