Geography of Ralls
Ralls is a farming community located on flat land called the Llano Estacado. It sits between Lorenzo to the west and Crosbyton to the east. North of Ralls is a small community called Cone. Further north is a narrow part of Blanco Canyon. People believe the Spanish explorer Vazquez and his army camped there in 1541.
South of Ralls is the Caprock Escarpment. This is a big change in the land where the Llano Estacado ends. Rivers like the Salt Fork and Double Mountain Fork have carved out the land here.
The United States Census Bureau says Ralls covers about 3.5 square kilometers (1.35 square miles). All of this area is land.
