Soo Joo Park (born Park Suju on March 26, 1986) is an American fashion model and musician. She made history as the first Asian-American woman to be a spokesmodel for L'Oréal. Soo Joo is also famous for her work with the fashion brand Chanel, where she is a Global Ambassador.

Early Life and Discovering Fashion
Soo Joo Park was born in Seoul, South Korea. When she was ten years old, her family moved to Anaheim, California. She later studied Architecture at the University of California, Berkeley.
After finishing college, she moved to San Francisco. One day, while shopping in a vintage store, she was discovered by someone who thought she would be a great model. This was the start of her amazing career!
Her Journey in Modeling
Soo Joo's first big step in fashion was appearing in an advertisement for BCBG Max Azria in 2010. She then moved to New York. There, she changed her natural black hair to a bright platinum blonde. This new look quickly caught the eye of major fashion brands.
Soon, famous designers like Chanel and Tom Ford wanted her to walk in their fashion shows. She walked for many top brands, including Vivienne Westwood, Emporio Armani, Fendi, and Lanvin.

Soo Joo has been featured in many popular fashion magazines. In 2012, she appeared in Vogue Italia, Glamour, and Dazed. She has also been in W, i-D, Vogue, and Teen Vogue.
Top Model Recognition
Her hard work paid off! In 2014, Models.com, a major website for models, put her on their "Top 50 Models" list. The next year, in 2015, she joined "The Money Girls" list. This list features models who earn a lot of money from their work.
