Tim Vincent, whose full name is Timothy Russell Walker, was born on November 4, 1972. He is a well-known actor and television presenter from Overton-on-Dee, Wales, in the United Kingdom. Many people know him from the popular BBC children's show Blue Peter, where he was a presenter from 1993 to 1997. He has also hosted the Miss World beauty contest many times. For several years, Tim lived and worked in the United States. There, he presented big shows like Access Hollywood and Phenomenon.

Acting Roles
Tim Vincent started his acting journey at Theatr Clwyd, a theater near his hometown. His very first role on television was in the ITV drama series Children's Ward. In this show, he played a teenager named Billy Ryan.
Tim also performed in pantomime shows for several years. Pantomime is a fun type of musical play, often performed around Christmas. He always played the character of Dandini in the play Cinderella. He performed this role in different towns like Southport, Torquay, Widnes, and York.
Later, from 2000 to 2001, Tim played a veterinarian named Adam Forrester in the TV show Emmerdale. He also appeared in a movie called Sorted. In this film, he acted alongside famous actors like Tim Curry and Jason Donovan.
Television Presenting
Tim Vincent became a presenter on the famous children's show Blue Peter on December 16, 1993. During his time on the show, he took on many exciting challenges. One of his big achievements was completing the challenging New York City Marathon. He also traveled to South Africa for the program. Tim left Blue Peter on January 24, 1997. Before leaving, he had already started appearing in the drama series Dangerfield. After Blue Peter, he began presenting The Clothes Show.
Tim worked with several other presenters on Blue Peter. His colleagues included John Leslie, Anthea Turner, Diane-Louise Jordan, Stuart Miles, Katy Hill, and Romana D'Annunzio. He also appeared on the game show Lily Savage's Blankety Blank.
After his time on Blue Peter and Dangerfield, Tim presented other shows. These included Short Change and Fully Booked. He also took part in the first series of the reality TV show I'm Famous and Frightened!. In 2005, he presented a special broadcast for the Conservative Party.
Tim worked as a reporter for the entertainment news show Access Hollywood in the United States. In 2006, he hosted the trial episodes for a new version of the 1980s game show Chain Reaction. However, he did not host the full series.
Tim has hosted the Miss World contest multiple times. He presented the show in 2005, 2006, 2014, and 2015. He also hosted the Miss USA contest in 2007. For one week in June 2007, Tim filled in for Meredith Vieira on the American version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. Soon after, he presented the National Lottery Draws on the BBC.
Tim lived and worked in the United States for several years. He has since moved back to the United Kingdom. In February 2009, Tim and actor Joe Swash set a Guinness World Record. They threw the most pancakes to a partner as part of a challenge. This happened on Channel 4's The Paul O'Grady Show.
On October 24, 2007, Tim hosted the NBC series Phenomenon. In 2008, Tim competed in the third series of the UK reality show Dancing on Ice. He was eliminated from the competition on February 10, 2008. His ice skates were later sold at an auction. Tim also hosted a live special episode of Criss Angel Mindfreak on July 30, 2008.
Tim has also presented shows on the radio. He worked for Galaxy and London's 95.8 Capital FM. In August 2009, he was announced as a guest host for Kim Wilde's Secret Songs Sunday on Magic 105.4 FM in London.
