Vendlincourt is a small town, also called a municipality, located in the Jura canton of Switzerland. It is part of the Porrentruy district.

History of Vendlincourt
Vendlincourt was first mentioned in old records in the year 1136. Back then, its name was spelled Uuandeleincurt.
Geography of Vendlincourt
Vendlincourt covers an area of about 9.14 square kilometers (3.53 square miles). A large part of this land, about 55.8%, is used for farming. This means people grow crops or keep animals there.
Another big part, 37.6%, is covered by forests. The rest of the land, about 6.4%, has buildings or roads. A very small amount, 0.2%, is made up of rivers or lakes. All the water in Vendlincourt is in lakes.
