DJ Camper was born in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He started playing the piano when he was only six years old! He grew up in Mays Landing, New Jersey. Later, he finished high school at Oakcrest High School in 2008.
His Music Journey
DJ Camper began making a name for himself in the music world. In 2011, he helped create the song “Marvin & Chardonnay” for Big Sean. This song became a huge hit, reaching number one on the US Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
In 2012, DJ Camper was nominated for a Grammy Award. This was for his work on the song “Refill” by singer Elle Varner. A Grammy Award is one of the biggest honors in music!
After that, DJ Camper worked with many famous artists. These include Tamar Braxton, John Legend, Nicki Minaj, and Jay-Z. He helped them create amazing music.
