The town includes the village of Enosburg Falls. It also has smaller communities like Bordoville, East Enosburgh, North Enosburgh, Sampsonville, West Enosburgh, and Enosburgh Center.
Enosburgh was named after Roger Enos. He was an important leader of Vermont's forces during the American Revolution. He was also the father-in-law of Ira Allen, who helped create the state of Vermont. You might notice that "Enosburgh" is spelled differently from "Enosburg Falls."
