Fun Factory was a super fun TV show made just for kids! It aired on a channel called Sky Channel, which later became Sky One. The show ran for many years, from 1985 all the way to 1994. For some of that time, it was a special block of cartoons without a host.

The First Fun Factory Show

The very first version of Fun Factory had awesome hosts! It started with a host named Mr P. Later, Andy Sheldon took over. He was joined by two cool puppet characters: Snoot the seal and Crocker the crocodile.

This show was packed with cartoons that kids loved. Here are some of the cartoons that were shown:

Fun Factory's Cartoon Block

In 1989, Sky Channel changed its name to Sky One. The Fun Factory name was then used for a special weekend block of programming. This new version was all about animated series. It didn't have any live hosts in between the shows. Instead, there were short animated clips called interstitials.

This cartoon-only Fun Factory ran from 1991 until September 1994. After that, it was replaced by a new show called KTV, which was a spin-off of The DJ Kat Show.

Here are some of the cartoons that were part of the Sky One-era Fun Factory:
