The Appalachian Trail (AT) is a super long hiking path that stretches all the way from Georgia to Maine! About 76 miles (122 km) of this famous trail winds through the beautiful state of Georgia. As hikers trek through Georgia, the trail mostly follows along mountain ridges, but it also climbs some impressive peaks. Two of these, Blood Mountain and Tray Mountain, are among the highest points in Georgia!
