Milroy is a small city located in Redwood County, Minnesota, in the United States. In 2020, about 259 people lived there. The city was named after Robert H. Milroy, who was a general in the Union Army during the American Civil War.

Milroy is a small city. It covers an area of about 0.26 square miles (0.68 square kilometers). All of this area is land.
The city is found along Minnesota State Highway 68. It is the city furthest to the west in Redwood County. Milroy is about 13 miles from Marshall and 30 miles from Redwood Falls.

Milroy was officially planned and marked out in 1902. This process is called "platting." The city was named after Robert H. Milroy, a general from the American Civil War.
A post office started operating in Milroy in 1902. The city was also officially made a city (incorporated) in the same year.

- Norman R. DeBlieck (1926-2021) – He was a farmer and served as a state legislator in Minnesota.
- Edwin W. Rawlings (1904–1997) – Born in Milroy, he joined the United States Air Force in 1929. He became a four-star general before retiring in 1959. After his military career, he became the president and chairman of the board for General Mills. General Mills is a big food company located in Golden Valley, Minnesota.
