About Mount Helen
Mount Helen is the fourth highest peak in the Wind River Range. It is also the fifth tallest mountain in all of Wyoming. The top of the mountain is found in the Bridger Wilderness. This area is part of the Bridger-Teton National Forest. It sits just west of the Continental Divide. The Continental Divide is like a big line that separates rivers flowing to the Atlantic from those flowing to the Pacific.
