The Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 is a large rural area in northeastern Alberta, Canada. It is a type of local government area called a municipal district. This district is located right next to the province of Saskatchewan on its eastern side.
The district was officially formed on January 1, 1955. This happened when the original Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 joined with the Municipal District of Glendon No. 88 and part of Improvement District No. 101.
