This page lists all the music released by Oasis. This includes their albums, singles, and music videos. A discography is like a complete list of all the songs and albums an artist has put out.
Oasis was a very popular English rock band. They formed in 1991. The first members were Liam Gallagher (singer), Paul Arthurs (guitarist, also called "Bonehead"), Paul McGuigan (bassist, also called "Guigsy"), and Tony McCarroll (drummer). Soon after, Liam's older brother, Noel Gallagher, joined. He played guitar, sang, and wrote most of their songs.
Their first album, Definitely Maybe, came out in 1994. It quickly became the number one album in the UK Albums Chart. It sold so many copies that it was certified seven times platinum in the UK. This means it sold millions of copies! Their first song, "Supersonic", reached number 31 on the UK singles chart.
Oasis's next album, (What's the Story) Morning Glory?, was even bigger. It was released in 1995 with a new drummer, Alan White. This album is one of the best-selling albums ever in the UK. It sold over 4.4 million copies by 2006. It reached number one in many countries, like the UK, Australia, and Sweden. It was certified 14 times platinum in the UK. The first song from this album, "Some Might Say", was their first number one hit.
Their third album, Be Here Now, came out in 1997. It hit number one in nine different countries. It also reached number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart in the United States. In 1998, they released The Masterplan. This was a collection of B-sides (songs that weren't on their main albums). It reached number 2 in the UK.
