Tweety's High-Flying Adventure is an animated musical comedy film released in 2000. It went straight to video, meaning it wasn't shown in movie theaters first. This movie stars the famous little yellow bird, Tweety, from the Looney Tunes cartoons!
In this film, Tweety goes on a huge adventure around the world. You'll also see other classic Looney Tunes characters like Sylvester (who is the main bad guy trying to catch Tweety!), Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Yosemite Sam, and Speedy Gonzales. The movie is a fun, updated version of the classic book Around the World in Eighty Days. It's special because it's the first (and so far, only) long movie where Tweety is the main hero. Many of the talented people who worked on The Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries TV show also helped make this film.

The Big Adventure Begins!
On October 2nd, at the Looney Club in London, a character named Colonel Rimfire says that cats are the smartest animals. Granny, who wants to raise money for a children's park, makes a big bet. She says her little bird, Tweety, can fly around the world in 80 days! As he travels, Tweety needs to collect the paw prints of 80 different cats.
Sylvester, who always wants to eat Tweety, gets really mad. He doesn't want any other cat to catch Tweety first! So, Sylvester decides to follow Tweety around the world and try to catch him himself. What they don't know is that a thief is also watching them.
Tweety's Journey Around the World
Tweety starts his trip towards Paris. But a strong wind blows him off course to the Swiss Alps. He gets stuck there, and so does Daffy Duck! Luckily, Bugs Bunny saves them both. Tweety then tries again and successfully reaches Paris. There, he cleverly outsmarts Penelope Pussycat. He even makes Pepe le Pew mistake Sylvester for a female skunk!
Tweety continues his journey to Venice, Italy. He eats too much bird seed and gets a bit overweight! On a long boat, he faces many cats but manages to get back to his normal size. In Egypt, Sylvester and other cats chase Tweety into a tomb. Tweety escapes, but Sylvester gets beaten up by a mummy cat army!
In the African jungle, Tweety outsmarts Pete Puma and a lion with help from a Minah Bird. In the Chinese Himalayas, Tweety meets another canary named Aoogah. She can make a horn sound! Tweety rescues her from a sacrifice involving Hugo the Abominable Snowman.
Across the Americas and Back Home
Strong winds carry Tweety and Aoogah to Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Japan. They finally get on a boat heading to the United States. But Sylvester catches up! Hubie and Bertie cause Sylvester to slide into the water. Tweety and Aoogah save him, but they all end up on a beach in Australia.
In Australia, Sylvester meets Taz. They chase the two canaries on a motorcycle, but end up in the ocean. Tweety and Aoogah then ride a windsurfer to San Francisco. Sylvester tries to catch them by taking over a tram, but he ends up on Alcatraz Island! This makes Yosemite Sam, the tram driver, very angry.
The two canaries safely get on a train to Las Vegas, where they escape more cats. They travel through many more cities across the United States, finally reaching New York City. There, they trick Sylvester into getting on a Concorde airplane alone. Tweety and Aoogah get caught in a hurricane over the Atlantic Ocean. They briefly land on an island, outsmart more cats, and escape back through the storm.
The Finish Line!
In a pub in the English countryside, Tweety and Aoogah find the thief who was following them. They manage to outsmart him! Sylvester tries to trick everyone by saying Tweety's flying license is a stolen passport. He almost succeeds, but the real passport is in his own hand! So, Sylvester gets arrested instead.
Tweety and Aoogah think they are a day late. But then they realize it's December 21st because they crossed the international date line! They make it back to London, but they only have 79 paw prints. Tweety then remembers Sylvester! He flies into the prison truck taking Sylvester away and gets his paw print. This saves the children's park! Tweety is happily knighted by the Queen, and Sylvester goes to prison.
