Cool Moments and Big Events
Veganmania festivals often have special moments and grow bigger each year.
Record-Breaking Fun
In 2014, the festival in Vienna, Austria, did something amazing. They created the biggest vegan fried egg ever! It was a fun way to show what's possible with plant-based ingredients.
Swiss Festivals Grow
The Veganmania festivals in Switzerland have been organized by an group called Swissveg since 2011. The festival in Aarau in 2016 was a huge success. About 5,000 people visited, making it the largest vegan festival in all of Switzerland! Before that, the festival was held in Winterthur. However, it moved to Aarau because there wasn't enough space in Winterthur for all the people who wanted to attend. The Gossau Veganmania, also organized by Swissveg, started in 2017 and featured 60 different stands.
Polish Popularity
Veganmania in Poland has taken place in more than eight major cities. The 2019 festival in Łódź, for example, attracted over 3,000 visitors! Sadly, the 2020 Łódź event had to be canceled because of the coronavirus pandemic.
