4D Cityscape facts for kids
4D Cityscape puzzles are a cool series of puzzles that let you build a city through time! They show how a city changes, from its past to its present, and even what it might look like in the future. Each puzzle features many of a city's famous buildings and places, called landmarks. Shaun Sakdinan created these unique puzzles in 2010.
The very first 4D Cityscape puzzle was made for New York City. These puzzles quickly became popular and even won the "Gift of the Year 1st Place Prize" in 2010. They have been shown in many magazines about gifts and holidays.

What Makes Them Special?
These puzzles are called "4D" because they add a fourth dimension: time! You don't just build a flat picture. Instead, you build the city layer by layer, showing how it grew over the years.
Building Through Time
First, you build the oldest layer of the city, often showing how it looked centuries ago. Then, you add the modern buildings and streets, showing the city as it is today. This way, you can see the history of a city come to life right before your eyes!
