Andrew D. Bialk (born November 16, 1971) is an American artist who works in animation. He is known for being an animator, a storyboard artist, and a character designer. Andy Bialk is especially famous for creating characters for popular Cartoon Network shows like Dexter's Laboratory and The Powerpuff Girls. He also had a small role as a high school student in the music video for Nirvana's famous song "Smells Like Teen Spirit".
