Bletchley and Fenny Stratford is a town in Milton Keynes, England. It is part of Buckinghamshire. It has its own local government, called a civil parish council. This council helps manage local services.
The town was officially formed in 2001. In 2011, about 15,313 people lived here. Bletchley and Fenny Stratford, along with West Bletchley, make up the larger area known as Bletchley.
This area includes several smaller places. These are Brickfields, Central Bletchley, Denbigh, Fenny Stratford, Fenny Lock, Granby, Mount Farm, and Water Eaton. Water Eaton also includes an area called the "Lakes Estate."

Exploring Central Bletchley
Bletchley first started on the west side of the railway line. This older part is now called "Old Bletchley." It grew around St. Mary's Church and Bletchley Park. Another early settlement was known as "Far Bletchley."
Over time, a new town centre grew up. This new area was along Bletchley Road. It became known as "Central Bletchley." This helped tell it apart from the older parts. In 1966, Bletchley Road was renamed "Queensway" after a special visit from the Royal Family.
Central Bletchley is located near the West Coast Main Line railway. It is also close to the Water Eaton Brook. The area blends into Fenny Stratford.
Denbigh: A Place for Work and Shopping
Denbigh is an important area for jobs. Many businesses are located here. One famous company is Marshall Amplification, which makes music equipment.
In 2005, some big new shops opened in Denbigh. These included large stores for Asda-Wal-Mart and IKEA. Tesco also made its store bigger. These new shops changed how people in Bletchley do their shopping.
This area is also home to stadium:mk. This is the football stadium for Milton Keynes Dons F.C.. Many football fans come here for games. Some fans arrive by train at Bletchley railway station. This can bring more visitors to the town on match days.
Brickfields: From Clay to Nature
Brickfields was once a place where clay was dug up. This clay was used to make bricks. The area was owned by the London Brick Company. Later, the site was used as a landfill for waste from London.
The Blue Lagoon: A Local Nature Spot
Bletchley is home to a special place called the Blue Lagoon. It is the only local nature reserve in Milton Keynes. Many people visit it every day. School children often go there to learn about nature and the area's history. It's a great spot for outdoor learning.
Newton Leys: A New Community
Newton Leys is a newer housing area. It was built on the land where clay used to be dug. Most of Newton Leys is in this parish. A small part is in Stoke Hammond.

Water Eaton is a small village. It is located south of Fenny Stratford. This village became part of Bletchley and Fenny Stratford. It was first mentioned in a very old book called the Domesday Book in 1086. Back then, it was just called Eaton.
The Lakes Estate is a large housing area. It is located south of Bletchley. This estate was built to help people move out of crowded London. Construction started around 1970 and finished in 1975. The Lakes Estate is surrounded by Drayton Road, Stoke Road, and Lomond Drive.
