How to Play: Gameplay Changes
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare brought new ways to play. A big change was the Exo-Skeleton suit. This special suit gives players cool powers. You can slide faster, dodge enemy attacks, and jump higher.
In the multiplayer mode, you can get new weapons. You earn them through special "supply drops" or by leveling up your character. The way the game feels is quite similar to Black Ops 2.
Story: A World in Chaos
The game's story takes place in the year 2054. A group of terrorists called the KVA attacks the world. They destroy nuclear power plants in many countries, like the United States. This attack breaks down military forces and governments. It also knocks out electricity and technology.
Because of this, private military companies become very important. They are the new fighters against the enemy. You play as Jack Mitchell, a former U.S. Marine. He lost his left arm in a battle. He then joins Atlas, which is the most powerful private military company in the world. Atlas has the best technology on the planet.
Making the Game
Sledgehammer Games started working on Advanced Warfare after they finished helping with Modern Warfare 3. They put a lot of effort into creating this new game.
