About Cazzu's Early Life
Julieta Emilia Cazzuchelli was born in Fraile Pintado, Jujuy, Argentina. Her mother is Argentine, and her father was an immigrant from Italy. Cazzu loved music from a young age, starting at eleven years old. She often sang with her father, who was also a musician. He really inspired her to follow her dreams in music.
After finishing high school, Cazzu moved to Tucumán to study cinematography. Later, she moved to the Buenos Aires Province to study graphic design.
Cazzu's Music Journey
Cazzu began her music career singing cumbia and then rock. She started as an independent artist, meaning she paid for her own first recordings and music videos. Using the name Cazzu, she became one of the most famous Argentine trap artists.
In an interview with Billboard Argentina, she shared her thoughts on her stage name. She said, "For me, Cazzu is everything I want to be. She's like my superhero."
She became very popular in the Latin trap music world. This happened after she released a song called "Loca" with other Argentine rappers, Khea and Duki. The song became even more famous when Bad Bunny joined them for a remix.
