The Division of Blair is a special area in Queensland, Australia. It's called an electoral division. This means it's a specific region where people vote to choose a person to represent them in the Australian Parliament.
This division was created in 1998. It's named after Harold Blair, who was an amazing Aboriginal singer and a champion for civil rights. He worked hard to make things fair for everyone.
The Division of Blair covers about 6,409 square kilometres. It's located west of Brisbane. Some of the towns in this area include Kilcoy, Toogoolawah, Esk, Lowood, Fernvale, and Ipswich.
During the 2007 election, the Blair area got a lot of attention. The government at the time, led by John Howard, promised more money for projects in Blair than for any other voting area in Australia!
