Where is Forest Glen?
Forest Glen is located near the larger urban area of Buderim. The Bruce Highway, a major road, runs along the western edge of Forest Glen.
A small river called Eudlo Creek flows through the area. This creek is important because it eventually joins the larger Maroochy River.

Montessori International College
This school started in 1995 in a different town, Sippy Downs. It began with just 13 students and one teacher! In 2007, the school needed a new home. Finally, in 2015, they bought a big piece of land in Forest Glen. That's when it reopened as Montessori International College.
Sunshine Coast Grammar School
Sunshine Coast Grammar School opened its doors in 1997. It's run by a group called the Presbyterian and Methodist Schools Association (PMSA). This group also manages other well-known schools in Brisbane.

Forest Glen is home to two schools that teach students from a young age all the way through high school.
Montessori International College
This is a private school for both boys and girls. It teaches students from Prep (the year before Year 1) up to Year 12. You can find it at 880–932 Maroochydore Road. In 2017, the school had 235 students.
Sunshine Coast Grammar School
This is another private school for boys and girls, also teaching from Prep to Year 12. It's located at 372 Mons Road. In 2017, it was a much bigger school with 1,241 students.

Forest Glen has a few interesting places to visit. You can find the Moonshine Valley Winery here. It's also very close to the Forest Glen Deer Sanctuary in the nearby area of Mons, Queensland.
Famous People from Forest Glen
- Hugh Sawrey was born in Forest Glen. He was a famous Australian artist. He also helped start the Australian Stockman's Hall of Fame, which celebrates the history of Australian stockmen.
