Gabriel Jesús Iglesias (born July 15, 1976) is an American stand-up comedian and actor. He is often called "Fluffy" by his fans. He has created many comedy shows for TV, including I'm Not Fat… I'm Fluffy and Hot and Fluffy.
As an actor, Gabriel Iglesias has been in many TV shows and movies. He starred in the Netflix show Mr. Iglesias, where he played a teacher. He also uses his voice for animated characters, like Speedy Gonzales in Space Jam: A New Legacy. He hosted shows like Stand Up Revolution and Fluffy's Food Adventures. In 2018, he was one of the highest-paid comedians in the world.

Early Life
Gabriel Jesús Iglesias was born on July 15, 1976, in San Diego, California. His mother, Esther P. Mendez, raised him. Gabriel has Mexican heritage. He grew up in several cities in California, including Riverside, Corona, and Long Beach. He spent most of his childhood in Long Beach.
Comedy Career
Gabriel Iglesias started his comedy career in 1997. Before that, he worked for a cell phone company in Los Angeles. He decided to become a full-time comedian, which was a big change for him.
In 2000, he appeared on the Nickelodeon show All That. This was a sketch comedy series, and he worked with actors like Amanda Bynes and Nick Cannon.
In 2006, Gabriel Iglesias was a contestant on the TV show Last Comic Standing. He made it to the final eight comedians. However, he was asked to leave the show because he used a phone to talk to his family, which was against the rules.
In 2007, he used his voice for an entire Mexican family in an episode of the animated show Family Guy. In the same year, he started voicing twin characters on The Emperor's New School, a Disney cartoon. He has said this was his favorite voice acting job.
In 2011, Comedy Central started a stand-up comedy series called Gabriel Iglesias Presents Stand Up Revolution. Gabriel Iglesias produced and hosted this show, which ran for three seasons.
He also voiced characters in animated movies. He was Ned and Zed in the 2013 film Planes. He also voiced characters in The Nut Job (2014) and El Americano: The Movie (2016).
From 2015 to 2017, Gabriel Iglesias hosted a reality show called Fluffy's Food Adventures on Fuse. The show was first called Fluffy Breaks Even. In this show, he traveled and explored different foods.
From 2019 to 2020, he starred in the Netflix series Mr. Iglesias. He played Gabe Iglesias, a teacher at a high school in Long Beach, California. In 2021, he voiced Speedy Gonzales in Space Jam: A New Legacy and Picchu in Maya and the Three.
In 2022, Gabriel Iglesias made history by being the first comedian to sell out Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. This big concert was later released on Netflix as Stadium Fluffy.
