Jason Scott Dolley (born July 5, 1991) is an American actor and musician. He is also a Twitch streamer, which means he plays video games live online. Jason is well-known for his roles in many popular Disney Channel shows and movies.
You might know him as Newton "Newt" Livingston III from Cory in the House. He also played Virgil Fox in Minutemen and Connor Kennedy in Read It and Weep. Jason was Pete Ivey in Hatching Pete and PJ Duncan on Good Luck Charlie.

Jason Scott Dolley was born in Los Angeles, California, on July 5, 1991. He has an older brother named Jeffrey. In 2010, Jason took classes online at Moorpark College. Later, in 2016, he graduated from California Lutheran University.
Jason Dolley's Acting Career
Jason Dolley started acting when he was 11 years old. His first time on stage was with his brother. They performed a funny routine called "Who's on First?" for a school talent show.
First Roles and Disney Beginnings
That same year, Jason got his first acting jobs. He played the main character in a short film called Chasing Daylight. Soon after, director Mel Gibson chose him to play T.J. Savage in the ABC show Complete Savages.
After Complete Savages ended, Jason acted in several movies. He was Marty Preston in Saving Shiloh. He also starred as Connor Kennedy in the Disney Channel Original Movie Read It and Weep. Another film he appeared in was The Air I Breathe.
In 2006, Jason was in a commercial for Duracell batteries. He also joined the "Yellow team" in the Disney Channel Games in 2007. From 2007 to 2008, Jason was a main star in the Disney Channel show Cory in the House.
Disney Movies and TV Shows
In 2008, Jason played Virgil Fox in the Disney Channel movie Minutemen. He also joined the "Green Team" for the third Disney Channel Games. Jason even appeared as a prince in an episode of Imagination Movers.
In 2009, Jason starred as Pete Ivey in the Disney movie Hatching Pete. Then, in 2010, he began his second big Disney Channel series, Good Luck Charlie. In this show, he played PJ Duncan.
When asked about Good Luck Charlie, Jason said he liked how "real" the show felt. He thought it was different for Disney because it was a family sitcom. He also mentioned it felt like Full House, where families could watch and laugh together.
Jason and the cast of Good Luck Charlie also made a Christmas movie. It was called Good Luck Charlie, It's Christmas! and aired in December 2011. Jason also lent his voice to the character Rumble in the animated Disney Channel film Pixie Hollow Games.
