La Brillaz is a town in Switzerland. It is located in the Sarine district of the Fribourg canton. This town was formed in 2001. It came about when three smaller towns, Lentigny, Lovens, and Onnens, joined together.

La Brillaz covers an area of about 10.3 square kilometers (4 square miles). This was measured in 2009. Most of this land, about 70.9%, is used for farming. This means fields for crops or pastures for animals.
