  • Amycus Carrow – A follower of Lord Voldemort and brother of Alecto Carrow. He taught Defence Against the Dark Arts for one year and was Deputy Headmaster of Hogwarts under Snape.
  • Cho Chang – A Ravenclaw Quidditch Seeker. She was one year older than Harry and his first crush. She was a member of Dumbledore's Army.
  • Penelope Clearwater – A Ravenclaw prefect and girlfriend of Percy Weasley.
  • Vincent Crabbe – A Slytherin student in Harry's year. He was the son of a Death Eater and a Slytherin Quidditch Beater. He died from his own dangerous Fiendfyre spell.
  • Colin Creevey – A Muggle-born Gryffindor student one year younger than Harry. He was Dennis Creevey's older brother and a member of Dumbledore's Army. He died during the Battle of Hogwarts.
