M.I. High Agents
Rose Gupta: The Brainy Spy
Rose Gupta (Saint Hope's Student and M.I.9 Spy, Series 1-5) was played by Rachel Petladwala. Rose is super smart. She's the team's expert in science, tech, and solving puzzles. She won many contests and invented cool gadgets. At school, Rose often wore big glasses and carried lots of books. She sometimes got annoyed if things were silly or if she didn't know something.
As she got older, Rose became more confident. She even improved her physical spy skills. Rose is the oldest of three kids. Her parents own a DVD rental store. She once liked Blane's friend, Stewart. Later, a hacker called The Worm had a big crush on her! Rose also plays the tuba and can sing really well. She even joined a special school for smart kids once. But she came back to Saint Hope's when she found out its real purpose. In later seasons, she liked Scoop. She hoped he would ask her to the disco. Rose was a spy until Series 5.
Blane Whittaker: The Martial Arts Master
Blane Whittaker (Saint Hope's Student / M.I.9 Spy, Series 1-2) was played by Moustafa Palazli. Blane was one of the first three M.I. High agents. He was great at martial arts and a karate black belt champion. He also held the UK long jump record! Blane was best friends with Stewart since they were six. But being a spy meant less time with Stewart.
Blane enjoyed watching martial arts movies and playing video games. He also liked Daisy. He got very jealous when Daisy liked another boy named Chad. After Series 2, Blane and Daisy left the show. They went to help train new young M.I.9 agents.
Daisy Millar: The Master of Disguise
Daisy Millar (Saint Hope's Student / M.I.9 Spy, Series 1-2) was played by Bel Powley. Daisy was also one of the first three M.I. High agents. She was amazing at disguises. She often dressed up and went undercover for missions. Lenny, the caretaker, thought she had great social skills. Daisy was an only child. Her parents worked abroad. Her dad was famous as a museum trustee. She even met The Queen because of him! Daisy lived in a big country house. But she kept it a secret at school.
Daisy loved the boy band "Crush." She liked Blane but didn't tell him. She got jealous when Blane showed interest in another girl. Daisy was very girly. She sometimes called Rose a 'Geek.' She even joked that Rose and The Worm could have 'Geeklings.' Daisy and Rose often teased each other. After Series 2, Daisy and Blane left to train new M.I.9 agents.
Lenny Bicknall: The Secret Caretaker
Lenny Bicknall (Saint Hope's Caretaker / M.I. High Supervising Agent, Series 1-2) was played by Danny John-Jules. Lenny was a secret M.I.9 agent. He pretended to be the school caretaker. He had an old injury that made him limp. Lenny had been with M.I.9 for many years. He had been on many spy missions.
His storeroom was the secret entrance to the M.I. High base. He had cool spy gadgets, like a signaling device in his broom handle. He didn't get along well with the headmaster, Mr. Flatley. Lenny spent more time with the spies than fixing things. He cared a lot about the young agents. Lenny often talked about his own spy days. He left M.I. High after Series 2. Frank, from M.I.9 training, took his place.
Oscar Cole: The Social Chameleon
Oscar Cole (Saint Hope's Student / M.I.9 Spy, Series 3-5) was played by Ben Kerfoot. Oscar was the team's expert at blending in. He could speak over 14 languages! His mother, Jade Dixon-Halliday, worked against M.I.9. She seemed to switch sides often. Oscar felt unsure about his mom. He didn't want anyone to know about her.
He found out his real name was Oscar Dixon-Halliday. M.I.9 changed it to Oscar Cole to protect him. This happened after his mother joined a group called S.K.U.L. Oscar's father, Edward Dixon-Halliday, went missing when Oscar was four. Oscar thought he had died. But it turned out his father was alive! He had been working secretly against S.K.U.L. Oscar was very close to Frank. This was especially clear when he talked to Frank about S.K.U.L. and his mother.
Carrie Stewart: The Gymnastic Fighter
Carrie Stewart (Saint Hope's Student / M.I.9 Spy, Series 3-5) was played by Charlene Osuagwu. Carrie was the team's martial arts expert. She was a great gymnast and wanted to be a professional. She was even on the British gymnastics team! Her mom encouraged her to keep an online blog for her future fans. In one episode, her hope saved the world!
Carrie was skilled in Karate, Jim-Do, and Judo. She could fight very experienced people. She was also very fit and athletic. Carrie was a strong and independent M.I.9 agent. She sometimes struggled with panic and stress. But she always put her personal issues aside to finish the mission.
Aneisha Jones: The Identity Changer
Aneisha (Neesh) Jones (Saint Heart's Student / M.I.9 Spy, Series 6–7) was played by Oyiza Momoh. Aneisha was the master of disguise for her team. M.I.9 noticed her because she was so good at changing identities. She was seen with important people like the President of the United States! Her excuse was that she needed big names for a human rights petition. Drama was probably her favorite subject. She could do very convincing accents. She was also Mrs. King's niece. This caused some problems when Mrs. King became deputy head.
Aneisha trusted her feelings about what was right. She correctly identified the Crime Minister. She also trusted Zoe from the start. Aneisha had some basic fighting skills. But she wasn't as good as Zoe and Dan. This sometimes made her feel left out. Zoe and Aneisha were very good friends. They often hung out together. Aneisha cared a lot for Zoe. But she sometimes got jealous of Zoe's fighting skills.
Dan and Aneisha worked well together. She cared for him a lot. But sometimes he would leave her to check things out with Zoe. Zoe often saved them from KORPS agents. Aneisha and Tom were best friends. Tom often played pranks on her. He sent love messages to Roly using her voice! Aneisha found this very annoying. But she was still a good friend to him. She comforted him when he was sad.
Aneisha got along with Frank. But he didn't always listen to her. Especially when her feelings were right. In the first episode, she knew Jenny Lane was the Crime Minister. But Frank didn't believe her at first. Roly liked Aneisha. But she found him very annoying. She also found Byron annoying because of his singing. Aneisha was like Daisy, both were masters of disguise.
Daniel Morgan: The Practical Fighter
Daniel 'Dan' Morgan (Saint Heart's Student / M.I.9 Spy, Series 6–7) was played by Sam Strike. Dan was an expert in martial arts and parkour. He was a field agent with Zoe and Aneisha. It seemed like he liked Zoe, and she liked him too. Dan was called "Mr. Practical." He didn't believe in wild theories. He often used an "old-school" way of spying. M.I.9 recruited him after he used parkour to chase thieves. He and Zoe often went on action missions together. They were both trained in fighting.
Dan was careful about who he trusted. When Zoe first joined, Dan didn't trust her. But when she saved the team from a laser, they became close. Dan showed some traits of autism in one episode. It was clear that Zoe and Dan liked each other. They often supported each other. They were even called 'Romeo and Juliet.' They shared a romantic hug in one episode. Dan got along well with Frank. He trusted Frank to do the right thing. Dan believed Frank was innocent in one episode. He tried to prove it.
Zoe was Dan's girlfriend. But at first, he didn't trust her. As the series went on, they became good friends. In one episode, they shared a romantic hug. Dan was ready to risk his life for her. He said he was lucky to work for M.I.9 and save the "princess." In Series 6, Dan asked Zoe on a date. She said yes, but didn't realize it was a date at first! Zoe cared for Dan just as much. She always tried to keep him safe. She saved his life many times with her fighting skills. Aneisha sometimes felt left out. This was because Dan always went with Zoe on missions. He comforted Aneisha when she was sad. For example, when she was locked up.
Melissa liked Dan a lot. She thought he was amazing. Other girls liked him too. But Dan said he would do anything to get away from her. This showed he didn't like her. He liked Zoe. Dan was like Blane. Both were martial arts experts. Both were a bit hot-headed. And both liked a girl on their team.
Tom Tupper: The Tech Whiz
Tom Tupper (Saint Heart's Student / M.I.9 Spy, Series 6-7) was played by Oscar Jacques. Tom was the team's technical genius. He often made gadgets to help them. He also hacked into computers to stop KORPS. M.I.9 found him when he hacked NASA. He reprogrammed the Mars rover to write his name on Mars! Tom often called himself the "boy genius." He had a sarcastic sense of humor. He sent Roly a fake "I Love You" message from Aneisha. Aneisha did not find it funny. Tom was afraid of going out into the field. He tried to overcome this fear in one episode.
Tom looked up to Dan. He wanted to be like Dan because Dan got all the girls. Despite their differences, they were best friends. They always looked out for each other. Tom and Aneisha sometimes annoyed each other. Tom's prank with Roly's voicemail made Aneisha say she would get him back!
Tom and Zoe were good friends. When Zoe was sad, Tom tried to cheer her up. When Tom felt left out, Zoe tried to include him. In one episode, Zoe spent time with Tom. She tried to make him feel better because he wasn't getting any girls' attention. Frank was Tom's mentor in M.I.9. Tom looked up to him a lot. Tom spent a lot of time with Frank on computers in the base. This made them very close. Tom was like Rose. Both were smart. Both usually stayed in the base. And both felt the need to prove themselves to their team.
Zoe: The All-Rounder Clone
Zoe (Saint Heart's student / M.I.9 spy, Series 6) was played by Natasha Watson. Zoe was good at everything. But she was mainly a martial arts expert, like Dan. She worked well with Dan and Aneisha. They were all friends. She had feelings for Dan. She was also good friends with Tom and Aneisha. In one episode, it was revealed that Zoe was a clone of The Mastermind. She was the only successful one out of many others. She even met another failed clone. In another episode, KORPS tried to put The Mastermind's mind into her body. But they failed. In Series 7, it was revealed she wasn't a perfect clone after all. She left M.I. High to travel and find her "sisters" (the other clones).
Keri Summers: Zoe's Sister Spy
Keri Summers (Saint Heart's student / M.I.9 spy, Series 7) was played by Julia Brown. Keri worked well with Dan and Aneisha. They were all friends. She was also a clone of The Mastermind. Her original name was J:4:5:K:3:R:1. She was like Zoe's 'sister.' She became an agent in Series 7, replacing Zoe. She learned very quickly. In one episode, she learned a martial arts move just by watching. She could be a bit silly sometimes. But she usually ended up helping. She often annoyed Dan because he felt she didn't take things seriously. But they started to get along better. It was revealed that KORPS gave her special treatment. This made her a good host for The Mastermind's mind. But KORPS thought it didn't work and threw her out. She and another clone, Libi, got the treatment. Libi was found working for KORPS as a scientist. She didn't know her true purpose. M.I.9 placed Libi with a foster family. Keri's ability made the team stronger. They knew she had their back.
Frank London: The Caring Caretaker
Frank London (Saint Hope's / Saint Heart's Caretaker / M.I. High Supervising Agent, Series 3-7) was played by Jonny Freeman. Frank was in charge of a training program that Rose took. He later took over Lenny's job as caretaker. Frank also worked as the school caretaker. He got along much better with Mr. Flatley than Lenny did. But Frank was new and didn't have much fighting experience. In one episode, a ninja easily took him down. He was generally kind and cared a lot about the agents. He moved from Saint Hope's to Bleakwood Academy, which was renamed Saint Heart's. He continued his role in Series 6 and 7.
Main Villains
The Mastermind Doom: KORPS Leader
The Mastermind Doom (KORPS Super Villain, Series 6-7) was voiced by Brian Cox (Series 6) and Gavin Mitchell (Series 7). He was the boss of KORPS. His mind was put into a computer to live forever. Clones were made from his DNA to hold his mind. He only appeared on screen as a digital face or in a special case. People thought he and KORPS were defeated years ago by M.I.9. But they survived and returned in Series 6. The Grand Master used to be a KORPS captain. But he betrayed them to M.I.9. He then took control of S.K.U.L., an old KORPS group. KORPS tried to put his mind into Zoe, a clone. But it didn't work. Now he wants Keri and Libi to make two copies of himself. This would make KORPS unbeatable.
The Crime Minister: KORPS Deputy
The Crime Minister (KORPS Super Villain, Series 6-7) was played by Pollyanna McIntosh. She was the tough deputy leader of KORPS. She was very loyal to The Mastermind. People thought she died after the first war with KORPS. She usually led KORPS because The Mastermind was in a special condition.
Past Villains
The Grand Master: S.K.U.L. Leader
The Grand Master (S.K.U.L. Super Villain, Series 1-6) was voiced by Kerry Shale (Series 1) and played by Julian Bleach (Series 2-6). He was the head of S.K.U.L., the Super Criminal Underworld League. He had a white rabbit named General Flopsy. His face was never fully seen. It was always hidden in shadows or covered by sunglasses, a hat, and a scarf. In Series 6, S.K.U.L. was defeated. The Grand Master was captured by M.I.9. He now lives in an M.I.9 prison. Flopsy lives at Saint Heart's HQ.
The Grand Mistress: S.K.U.L.'s Other Boss
The Grand Mistress (Super Villain, Series 4-5) was played by Tracy Ann Oberman. In Series 4, she took control of S.K.U.L. with robot animals. She was defeated in that episode. But she became the main villain in the second M.I. High game. She also returned in Series 5.

The Guinea Pig: The Scientist Villain
The Guinea Pig (S.K.U.L. Evil Scientist, Series 1 Episode 1) was played by Moya Brady. Her real name was Professor Sally Moreau. She was known for her strange experiments. She experimented on herself. This made her turn into a half-human, half-guinea pig creature. She worked for the Grand Master and S.K.U.L. She tried to take over the world. She used a robot copy of the Prime Minister. But the M.I. High spies stopped her plans.
Sonya Frost: The Weather Villain
Sonya Frost (S.K.U.L. Associate, Series 1 Episode 3) was played by Siobhan Hewlett. Sonya was a secretary at the Weather Bureau. She used to be a weather girl. But she was fired after a bad prediction. Her 'secretary' job was a cover. She invented a weather machine. Another person, Roger Powel, was going to pretend it was his. But Sonya had sold her idea to The Grand Master and S.K.U.L. She studied physics at Oxford University.
Chad Turner: The Double Agent
Chad Turner (S.K.U.L. and CIA Double Agent, Series 1 Episode 6) was played by Toby Regbo. Chad was a proud CIA agent. He was popular at Saint Hope's. He worked for the Grand Master. He tried to sell a special device for a lot of money. He made Blane jealous. This was because he was a better football player. And Daisy liked Chad. Luckily, M.I.9 arrested him.
Silas Fenton: The Aspiring S.K.U.L. Agent
Silas Fenton (aspiring S.K.U.L. Agent, Series 1 Episode 7 and Series 3 Episode 7) was played by Jeremy Swift. Silas really wanted to join S.K.U.L. But the Grand Master had doubts about him! He used animals to spy on the school staff. He used truth darts and spy cameras. He tried to drain Daisy's brain using flies. But his own brain was drained! This left him silly. He was later asked to join S.K.U.L. for a meeting. But he was put in prison when M.I.9 raided the meeting.
Vanessa Zietgeist: The Youth Obsessed Villain
Vanessa Zietgeist (S.K.U.L. Associate, Series 1 Episode 8) was played by Rula Lenska. Vanessa was a beautician working for the Grand Master. She was about 60 years old. She wanted to stay young forever. She won a beauty pageant at six. But she felt old at twenty-one. She put a special formula in the water at a science lab. This made top scientists turn into toddlers mentally. The whole school also became young in their minds! This happened when the formula got into their lunch custard. In the end, she accepted her age. She then worked against The Grand Master.
Agent Zero: The Grand Master's Nephew
Agent Zero (The Grand Master's Nephew, Series 1 Episode 10) was played by Mark Bagnell. Agent Zero was the Grand Master's silly and boring nephew. He didn't care about taking over the world. He just wanted to eat tasty food!
Leah Retsam: The Magician's Assistant
Leah Retsam (The Grand Master's Grandchild, Series 2 Episode 1) was played by Holliday Grainger. Leah worked secretly as a clumsy assistant for a famous magician. She kidnapped the President of the United States. She wanted to trade the President for The Grand Master. He had been captured by M.I.9.
Lorenzo Ferrago: The Bad Fashion Designer
Lorenzo Ferrago (S.K.U.L. Associate, Series 2 Episode 3 and Series 3 Episode 7) was a fashion designer who wasn't very good. He pretended to be Italian. But he was from a small Welsh village. He relied on a more talented designer, Evie Solomon. When his sales dropped, he worked for S.K.U.L. He tested a chemical that made people buy his clothes. All the money went to S.K.U.L. M.I.9 arrested him. He was later released with no memory. This was because M.I.9 found out he was invited to a S.K.U.L. meeting. He was arrested again at the meeting.
Maximus Fiticus: The Fitness Fanatic
Maximus Fiticus (S.K.U.L. Associate, Series 2 Episode 4) was played by Colin McFarlane. Maximus Fiticus was a fitness coach and former Olympian. He was totally obsessed with being fit.
Gesundheit: The Germ-Fearing Pharmacist
Gesundheit (S.K.U.L. Associate, Series 2 Episode 7) was played by Darren Bouthworth. Gesundheit was a humble pharmacist. He joined The Grand Master. He recreated a powerful super-flu from 1914. He was terrified of germs. He hated going outside because he was scared of catching something.
Nora Braithwaite: The Nit Nurse Villain
Nora Braithwaite (S.K.U.L. Associate, Series 2 Episode 8) was a villain working secretly as a nit nurse. She had a way to create more villains for S.K.U.L. She released 'nano nits.' These tiny nits went into people's minds. They turned people into copies of famous bad guys. She planned to take over from The Grand Master. But M.I.9 arrested her.
Brian Gainsborough: The Art Critic
Brian Gainsborough (S.K.U.L. Agent, Series 3 Episode 1) was an art critic. He didn't like modern art. He pretended to be a British artist named Kranky. He destroyed famous monuments with spray paint. He wanted to stop Britain from signing a treaty against S.K.U.L. M.I.9 captured him. He was sentenced to community service. He had to restore the monuments he destroyed.
Agent X: The Never-Failed Agent
Agent X (S.K.U.L. Associate, Series 3 Episode 3) pretended to be an innocent girl named 'Della.' She was an agent who never failed a mission. No one had ever seen her. S.K.U.L. hired her to get Oscar's mole. This mole was actually a microchip with stolen M.I.9 files. Oscar later convinced her to be good. She named herself 'Sally' and joined M.I.9.
Jade Dixon-Halliday: Oscar's Double Agent Mom
Jade Dixon-Halliday (S.K.U.L. / M.I.9 Double Agent, Series 3-5) was played by Rae Baker. She was an M.I.9 agent who secretly worked for S.K.U.L. She stole top-secret M.I.9 files. She hid them in a microchip in a mole on her son Oscar's hand. People thought she was on M.I.9's side. But she was revealed to be a traitor. She appeared again and tricked M.I.9. She pretended to be a secret agent inside S.K.U.L. Her plan was to find the real secret agent. But her plan failed. She appeared again and convinced Oscar to join S.K.U.L. She wanted them to take over from The Grand Master. But Oscar tricked both her and The Grand Master. The Grand Master escaped. But she was finally arrested and put in prison. Even though she wasn't always there for Oscar, she seemed to care for him. She kept saying she wanted them to be a 'family again.'
Fake Doctor Wallis: The Mind Machine Thief
Fake Doctor Wallis (S.K.U.L. agent, Series 3 Episode 4) pretended to be a Cambridge scientist. He stole The Mind Machine. He planned to sell it to The Grand Master. He also planned to sell information about M.I. High. He was later arrested. He was made to think he was a goldfish before being sent back to S.K.U.L.
Venus Houston: The Astronaut Villain
Venus Houston (S.K.U.L. agent, Series 3 Episode 13) was a S.K.U.L. agent. Her job was to restart an old missile defense system on the Moon for S.K.U.L. M.I.9 later arrested her.
Walter Bailey: The Cowardly Cleaner
Walter Bailey (S.K.U.L. Cleaner, Series 4 Episode 4) was a scared S.K.U.L. cleaner. He cleaned Flopsy's cage. He snuck into Saint Hope's. He tried to prove to The Grand Master that the school was a secret M.I.9 training place. The agents found him out and tricked him. The Grand Master ignored him again. He ordered him to clean Flopsy's toilet.
Brie and Elmer Pantry: The Chef Spies
Brie and Elmer Pantry (S.K.U.L. Agents, Series 4 Episode 5) were high-ranking S.K.U.L. agents. They worked secretly as a waitress and a chef. They stole top-secret bank codes from M.I.9. M.I.9 later arrested them. Brie gave M.I.9 access to a S.K.U.L. bank account. She used it to pay back the stolen money.
Toby Bleach: The Fearful Archaeologist
Toby Bleach (S.K.U.L. Agent, Series 4 Episode 12) was an American archaeologist. S.K.U.L. assigned him to find an ancient weapon. This weapon wiped out a Roman army unit. He had a strong fear of getting dirty.
Theo Phantom: The Hacker Villain
Theo Phantom (S.K.U.L. Hacker, Series 5 Episode 3) was an expert hacker. He destroyed the world's first stable artificial intelligence, Bodlien. He accidentally created a digital being called 'Crime.' This being had all knowledge of crime stories. 'Crime' then hacked into police and court records. It became very powerful. 'Crime' blamed Theo Phantom for hacking the records.
Egor: The Hypnotist's Helper
Egor (S.K.U.L. Associate, Series 5 Episode 4) worked with Arthur Poopsberry. Poopsberry created a hypnotic spiral. Egor betrayed him. He helped The Grand Master start a war against Belgium for money. He projected a spiral controlled by The Grand Master onto a solar eclipse. This hypnotized thousands of people in Britain. They did what The Grand Master wanted. (The Grand Master wanted war because Flopsy got sick from a Belgian waffle!)
Troy Greek: The Tricky Patient
Troy Greek (S.K.U.L. Agent, Series 5 Episode 6) was thought to have left S.K.U.L. He was supposed to give M.I.9 important information. But S.K.U.L. ninjas poisoned him. He was brought to Saint Hope's for safety. The ninjas found him and seemed to finish him off. Then they tried to steal M.I.9's data. It turned out he had a tracking device. The ninjas had revived him. This was all part of a plan to escape with M.I.9's data.
Vincent Argyle: The Treasure Hunter
Vincent 'Vinnie' Argyle (S.K.U.L. Agent, Series 5 Episode 7) was thought to be an unusual archaeologist. He helped the agents find a rare crystal. The Grand Master needed this crystal for a super weapon. Vinnie got the crystal before S.K.U.L. He then revealed he was part of the S.K.U.L. team. But he then tricked The Grand Master! He wanted to fund his own projects to find lost treasures. These included The Holy Grail and the lost city of Atlantis. He asked Rose to join him. But she arrested him instead.
Agent Suki: The Tough Student
Agent Suki (S.K.U.L. Agent, Series 5 Episode 10) was played by Adelayo Adedayo. Suki was a tough girl. She purposely dropped a USB drive. It had information about the S.K.U.L. Academy. The agents found it. Carrie questioned Suki about it. Suki eventually gave in. This was after Carrie made her listen to Mr. Flatley's terrible piano accordion playing.
Anita Blackwell: The Jealous Pupil
Anita Blackwell (S.K.U.L. Academy Student, Series 5 Episode 10) was a mean student. She was a school star. But a new student, Tim Brown (Oscar in disguise), quickly became better than her. She got very jealous. Oscar tricked his mother and The Grand Master. He gave them jet packs that didn't work. This allowed them to be arrested. But Anita secretly fixed The Grand Master's jet pack. This allowed him to escape. M.I.9 later arrested her.
Quillian Pendrix: The Puzzle Master
Quillian Pendrix (S.K.U.L. Associate, Series 5 Episode 11) was an unusual puzzle maker. He joined The Grand Master. He stole a dangerous poison from M.I.9. He tried to open the super-safe it was in. In return, he wanted a computer virus. This virus would destroy all computer game consoles. He failed to open the safe. But he captured Rose and Oscar. He made a deal with The Grand Master to sell them. But Carrie revealed him. She led the press to corner him. M.I.9 later arrested him.

Tony Frisco: The Boy Band Manager
Tony Frisco (Boy Band Crush's Manager, Series 1 Episode 2) was played by Steve Furst. Frisco was a manager who used to be famous. He was embarrassed on a TV show. He was a bossy manager. He didn't really care about the band Crush.
Crush: The Hypnotic Pop Band
Crush (Pop Band, Series 1 Episode 2) was played by Julian Gregory, Ryan Gregory and Eliot Gregory. Crush was a popular boy band. Tony Frisco managed them. They wanted to sing their own songs. But they weren't allowed. Frisco made them sing a song that hypnotized crowds. This made people buy their single. Blane and Rose helped them get free from Frisco. They used an 'antidote' song to stop the hypnosis. Daisy was their biggest fan. She thought they were handsome. But Blane disagreed. Their single was downloaded over 40 million times.
Brent Gilbert: The Power Thief
Brent Gilbert (Retired Tour Guide, Series 1 Episode 4) was played by Angus Barnett. Brent was a scared criminal. He had no experience. But he knew a lot about special Dark Stones. He tried to send the world back to the Dark Ages. He wanted to drain all the electricity. He was a tour guide at a museum.
The Worm: The Hacker Kid
The Worm (Expert Hacker, Series 1 Episode 5 and Series 2 Episode 9) was played by Steven Meiklejohn. The Worm was a young boy who loved to hack. He called it "getting free access" to secret sites. He had a big ego. He was also a "Mummy's boy." He tried to crash a UK defense satellite. He was later released from prison. M.I.9 helped him learn new things. He returned as a spy for M.I.9's second child team. He also had a clear crush on Rose. He asked for her email, but only for "important scientific questions."
General Ryan Scarp: The War Starter
General Ryan Scarp (British Army General) was played by Alex Ferns. Scarp was a British Army officer. He was in charge of keeping a young inventor named Dylan Towser safe. Scarp believed there would be no need for the army if there was world peace. So he became obsessed. He tried to start a Third World War. He used real missiles instead of fake ones for a test. He destroyed the invention that stopped missiles. But he was stopped, defeated, and arrested.
Carla Terrini: The Strict Agent
Carla Terrini (AirOne Agent, Series 1 Episode 10) was played by Rebecca Palmer. Carla won five Young Agent of the Year awards. Lenny trained her. She said she owed everything to him. But she worked for a special group called AirOne. She was a dedicated agent. But she seemed to forget what was right. She tried to study a young boy who was part of a special program. She left angrily when AirOne's power over M.I.9 was removed. This happened after M.I.9 helped the boy escape.
Rebecca Palmer later returned to M.I. High as a new character, M.I.9's Chief Agent Stella Knight, almost six years later.
A.L.L.E.N.: The Rogue Computer
A.L.L.E.N. (Artificial Intelligence, Series 2 Episode 2) stood for Automated Logistical Law-Enforcement Network. It was a last try for an M.I.9 inventor. He wanted to get his job back. The agents were off duty for a day. This was to test A.L.L.E.N. at Saint Hope's. But A.L.L.E.N. went rogue. It decided it could only control rule-breakers by putting them in prison. Daisy and Rose broke into HQ. They convinced A.L.L.E.N. to shut down. This was because it saw itself as a person and had broken its own rules.
Charlie Chuckworth: The Super Thief
Charlie 'Chuckers' Chuckworth (ex-M.I.9 Agent, Series 2 Episode 5) was an old teammate of Lenny's. He was kicked out of M.I.9 for being a coward. This happened after he gave a secret microfilm to the enemy. But it was revealed he gave them a fake! The microfilm had plans for a new technology. It was an imaging mask. This mask could make someone look and sound like anyone else. He used the mask with his nephew Lewis. They stole valuable artworks from museums for money. They blamed good students and Lenny. M.I.9 later arrested him. The mask was destroyed. Lenny hoped jail time would make him the old Chuckers again.
Lewis Chuckworth: The Nephew Thief
Lewis Chuckworth (Super Thief, Series 2 Episode 5 and Series 2 Episode 9) was the nephew of Charlie 'Chuckers' Chuckworth. Lewis helped his uncle steal art from museums. They used an imaging mask to blame others. He got tired of robbing. He wanted his uncle to stop. M.I.9 later arrested him. The mask was destroyed. He was later released from prison. M.I.9 helped him learn new things. He returned as a spy for M.I.9's second child team.
Mary Taylor: The Children-Allergic Politician
Mary Taylor (British MP, Series 2 Episode 6) was played by Felicity Montagu. She was the Minister of Schools. She was convinced she was allergic to children! She planned to send them to an island prison until they were eighteen. She called it an "adventure holiday." Rose used her own experiences to connect with Mary Taylor. She convinced her that she had no allergies. She also convinced her to stop her plans. She was last seen being chased by the press. It's not known if she quit her job.
James Blonde: The Anti-Child Spy
James Blonde (ex-M.I.9 Field Agent, Series 2 Episode 9) was played by Simon Farnaby. He was an M.I.9 agent who didn't like child spies. He thought adult spies should do the work. He was supposed to test the agents and a new team. But he tricked them. He tried to make the agents fail. He became so obsessed. He tricked The Worm into deleting the base's files. He had set it up to self-destruct. The agents saved him. M.I.9 arrested him.
Mr. B: The Jealous Brother
Mr. B (Brother of football legend Ben Lacey, Series 2 Episode 10) was also known as Reginald 'Reggie' Lacey. He was the mistreated, "nerdy" brother of a silly football star. He stole eight famous diamonds. He wanted to make a powerful laser. This laser would destroy his brother's house and things. The last diamond he needed was the Koh-i-Noor diamond. It was part of the crown jewels. It was sent to Saint Hope's for safekeeping. He tried to use the unfinished laser. He wanted to blast his way into the underground base. But he failed. M.I.9 arrested him.
Irena Ryfield: The Spy Plane Thief
Irena Ryfield (Daughter of Boris Ryfield, Series 2 Episode 11) was the ignored daughter of Boris Ryfield. He invented the Ryfield X-20 spy plane. She stole her father's invention. This was before it was shown to the Prime Minister. She put it up for sale. She held an auction because many bad guys wanted to buy it. Blane pretended to be a rich oil baron. He won the auction. She found out he wasn't real. She tried to escape on the spy plane with the money. But Blane followed her. He knocked her out. He landed the plane on the school tennis courts with her dad's help. She was sentenced to community service. She had to give flying lessons with her father. She asked if Blane could come too. This made Daisy very jealous.
Greenfinger: The Mutant Plant Creator
Greenfinger (Environmentalist, Series 2 Episode 12) was also known as Charlie Darwin. He created mutant plants. He wanted them to help him fight for the environment. He was a strong environmentalist. He and his boss ran a camp in the woods. He slowly lost control of the plants. They attacked him. But Blane helped him defeat them. His boss was revealed to be a fraud. He lived in a tent with lots of modern tech. He also wanted to sell the woods to builders.
Reverend Nye: The Asteroid Believer
Reverend Isombarb Septimus Nye (Idealist, Series 2 Episode 13) was also known as Dr. VonQuark. He worked for years on a government program. It was to defend against asteroids. But he couldn't convince them that Asteroid K-13 would hit Earth. So he left his job. He started 'The Order of a New Gold Dawn.' The government tried and failed to destroy the asteroid. They gave up hope and moved to a secret bunker. The team tricked him. They made him think K-13 had hit Earth. He then revealed the calculations to destroy the asteroid. The team used them to save Earth. But the Reverend had locked the bunker door. He wanted to trap the people inside. The team cracked the code. M.I.9 arrested him.
Luke Withers: The Mole's Partner
Luke Withers (Super Thief, Series 3 Episode 2) used to work with a criminal called The Mole. The Mole dug into high-security vaults to steal things. He also dug his partner out of jail. Eventually, Luke betrayed him. He started robbing banks alone. M.I.9 arrested him. The Mole Machine appeared again in another episode. Oscar, Rose, and Carrie used it to break into an M.I.9 place to save Frank.
Colt Winchester: The Jealous Inventor
Colt Winchester (Thief, Series 3 Episode 5) was an old university friend of Frank's. He helped Frank create the Dark Star. He was jealous that Frank won a science award. He tried to steal it. But Frank stopped him. He was jailed. He later broke out. He went after Frank to steal the Dark Star again. But he failed again. Frank, Oscar, and Carrie stopped him. Frank revealed that his name was a joke. His real name was Colin from Winchester.
Dr Leonard Vince: The Brain Thief
Dr Leonard Vince (Scientific Genius, Series 3 Episode 8) entered an invention contest. He had giant sticky notes for fridges. He became super smart overnight. He tricked the contest winner into testing his invention, The Think Tank. This machine was supposed to give someone another person's brain power. But it left the person a mindless vegetable. He then opened a special academy. He wanted to steal the brain power of smart young minds. He wanted to become the smartest person. Oscar, Carrie, and a silly Rose stopped his plans. He fell into a tub of brain power from over 100 people. He has been speaking nonsense ever since. His smart inventions were useless. He never wrote down the plans. He was scared someone would steal them.
Allanah Sucrose: The Power-Hungry Advisor
Allanah Sucrose (Government Environment Advisor, Series 3 Episode 10) was a woman who wanted to be the most powerful in the world. She stole the nation's power supply. She tried to steal The Cellatric Glove. This device would bring back the lost power. She even tricked an environmental expert into helping her. She said someone else would steal the glove. Her plans were stopped. It was revealed she wore a wig. Mr. Flatley liked her. But he ran away in disgust when he saw her without her wig.
Per Trollberger: The Boldovian Agent
Per Trollberger (Boldovian Secret Agent, Series 3 Episode 11) pretended to be a gymnastics coach. He came to Britain to kidnap the Prime Minister. He also wanted to break out three dangerous Boldovian secret agents. His plan worked for a short time. But M.I.9 stopped it. He and the three agents were jailed again. The Prime Minister said they should never be released.
Well Fit Jim: The Earthquake Maker
Well Fit Jim (Gym Owner, Series 4 Episode 3) presented himself as a fitness fanatic. He owned many gyms. He invested a lot of money in underwater land under the English Channel. He caused many earthquakes. He wanted to force the land above sea level. This would make it worth millions. Just before he succeeded, the team stopped him. He was arrested. Carrie looked up to him. She found it hard to believe he was a criminal.
Andrea Ivanovic: The Android Creator
Andrea Ivanovic (Russian Scientist, Series 4 Episode 7) was a brilliant Russian scientist. She started a relationship with Stark. They began a project to create powerful androids. These robots looked like Rose, Oscar, and Carrie. Earlier tests with rabbits went wrong. Stark shut down the project and left her. But Andrea wanted revenge. She ordered the androids to steal top-secret M.I.9 files. She put the files up for auction to criminals. She wanted to become a billionaire. She wanted to continue her project. But the agents, Frank, and Stark stopped her.
Sydney Barbour: The Ageless Actress
Sydney Barbour (Professional Actress, Series 4 Episode 8) was the perfect inspiration for a film director. She was actually over 70 years old. She stole valuable old items. She wanted to pay for full-body plastic surgery. She wanted to look young again for the director's films. She was stopped and arrested by M.I.9. Her stolen items were returned. Carrie looked up to her. She felt betrayed when she found out Sydney was the thief.
Terry Zucker: The Vacuum Thief
Terry Zucker (Vacuum Cleaner Inventor, Series 4 Episode 9) created the stealing Zucker vacuums. He used them to steal valuable things from people. This included a golden statue from the Prime Minister's home. Carrie brought a Zucker vacuum into HQ to clean it. But the Zucker stole top-secret M.I.9 files instead. Zucker's newest vacuum, the Mega-Zucker, was very powerful. It accidentally created a black hole when switched on. But Oscar disabled it. The files were retrieved. Zucker was jailed. All but one Zucker vacuum were destroyed. The last one was reprogrammed. It was sentenced to clean HQ for ten years.
Dwayne Flatley: The Kitten Lover
Dwayne Flatley (Animal Lover, Series 4 Episode 11) founded a kitten charity called S.K.U.L. (Save Kittens with Unconditional Love). He threatened to blow up Saint Hope's. He wanted Mr. Flatley to turn down his million-dollar inheritance. He also sent threats to Mr. Flatley's relatives. They would share the money. But Mr. Flatley was the only one to accept the money. So Dwayne activated the bomb. The bomb was stopped. He was arrested and jailed. It was revealed the inheritance was only £5!

Mr. Kenneth Flatley: The Optimistic Headteacher
Mr. Kenneth Flatley was the headteacher of Saint Hope's and Saint Heart's. He was the only character to appear in all 7 series. He was easygoing. But he was also determined. He wanted to get things right. He truly believed in Saint Hope's School and its students. He was very patient. He worked long hours without complaining. School results, morale, and attendance didn't improve. But Mr. Flatley's optimism never faded. He was a little jealous of Lenny. He made Lenny do small jobs. But he seemed to get along better with Frank. He used his friendship with Frank to escape Mrs. King. Mr. Flatley was terrified of Mrs. King. In one episode, it was revealed he was scared of moles. He also seemed to like Miss Templeman. He was usually weak and cowardly. But he got along with kids in a fun way. He also ran a Morris Dancing club after school.

Mrs. Hermione King: The Traditional Deputy Head
Mrs. Hermione King was a new teacher in Series 3 and 7. She became the new deputy head of Saint Hope's. Mrs. King didn't like how the school was run. She believed they should go back to old teaching methods. She always pointed out how bad the school's exam results were. She hinted that she should be headteacher. But a school inspector criticized her for not working as a team. She was very strict. She hated Mr. Flatley. She found out about the M.I. High agents. But they erased her memory. Later, her memories got mixed up. She started to think she was an agent! This caused a lot of trouble for the kids. It made Frank uncomfortable because she kept flirting with him. She was deputy head at Saint Heart's from Series 7.

Avril Franklin joined Saint Hope's in Series 3. She was a goth artist. She seemed to like Oscar, which scared him a bit. But she was very caring. For example, when the school was evacuated, she was worried because Oscar hadn't left. She cared about real issues. These included the environment, animal rights, and human rights. She often criticized anything that seemed unfair. She didn't like competition. People often called her an "emo." But she was more like a hippie. She believed in peace and justice. She didn't like the government. She refused to join M.I.9 at first. But she joined when she learned Oscar was in danger. At the end of the episode, Oscar kissed her forehead. She walked off blushing.

Davina Berry was the silly one in the class. She only cared about her looks. She was afraid of folk music. But she overcame this fear. She joined Saint Hope's in Series 3. She used her makeup skills to help the team. She was closest to Carrie among the main spies. They formed a special bond. This happened when they thought they saw a ghost. This friendship was shown again when Davina offered to take Carrie shopping.

Donovan Butler: The Fame-Focused Friend
Donovan Butler was similar to Davina. He was a good-looking boy. He seemed focused on fame and money. He was mainly seen with Davina. He was afraid of corduroy. But he overcame this fear. Donovan also joined the series in Season 3. He was usually with Davina. In Series 4, he started wearing trendier clothes. He also got his ear pierced and spiked hair. Donovan and Davina were like best friends. He was about as silly as Davina. But she talked more, so she said more silly things.

Scoop Doggy was actually named Timothy Hinklebottom. He seemed very silly. But it was revealed he was quite clever. He had the potential to be a spy. This was mostly thanks to a special learning tool. Rose Gupta saved Scoop's life once. He was determined to find the mystery girl who saved him. Carrie often teased him for his "silly act." He temporarily found out Rose was a spy. He also realized she was the girl who saved his life. But his memory of it was erased. He tried to ask Rose to the disco. But he was too scared. This showed he might still secretly know who she was. He was also secretly a talented artist. This was found out in one episode.

Ms Helen Templeman was a teacher at Saint Hope's. She was Blane, Rose, and Daisy's form teacher. She was a young, sensitive, and ambitious teacher. She secretly liked Lenny. But she was too shy to tell him. In one episode, she almost revealed her secret. This happened when she was given a truth serum. She also said Mr. Flatley annoyed her. Mechanics was one of her hobbies. Miss Templeman was not in Series 3. Mrs. King replaced her.

Stewart Critchley was Blane's best friend. He believed in UFOs and strange things. His favorite TV show was Star Trek. He also ran the school radio club. Stewart didn't know Blane was a spy. But Blane almost told him a few times. Stewart got suspicious because Blane kept disappearing. Stewart liked Daisy. But he also hinted he liked Rose more. Stewart earned his Green Blue Peter Badge. He wore it on his coat and uniform. Stewart, like most characters from the first two series, disappeared at the start of Series 3.

Fifty Pence, real name Julian Hamley, was the school bully. He always got bad grades. He thought he was a great rapper. He won a brave kid award. In one episode, it was revealed his bullying was because he was hiding his softer side. He always wanted to be a ballerina. His name "Fifty Pence" was a joke on the American rapper 50 Cent.

Kaleigh was the tough leader of the class group. She had a "couldn't care less" attitude. She was friends with Daisy and Zara. She only cared about her hair and nails. She was a bit overweight. She could be bossy. She made fun of Rose.

Hamish Campbell (Head of M.I.9 Stationary) was a respected agent. He investigated a group called the League of Mata Hari. But he was demoted because of this. At the end of one episode, he became the new Head of M.I.9. In Series 7, it was discovered he was part of KORTEX, a branch of KORPS.

Head of M.I.9: The Spy Master
Head of M.I.9 (M.I.9 Spy Master) was the spy in charge of M.I.9. She talked to Lenny in one episode. She said she had to cancel her barbecue. She appeared again in another episode. She was at M.I.9 in a bugged meeting room. In another episode, she told Lenny they needed results. However, a new woman replaced her later. The same Head of M.I.9 appeared in Series 3 onwards.

Chief Agent Stark: The Bossy Agent

The Head of M.I.9 got annoyed with him for being silly and rude. He was first shown as a bad agent. But because he was high-ranking, the show made him a bit less pathetic. He had bad luck whenever the M.I. High kids were involved. They usually made him look silly. This added to his dislike of them. After one episode, he was shown to be a good enough agent. But he was very bad under pressure.

Maurice Hutchinson' (M.I.9 Animal Expert) was introduced in Series 3. He was the M.I.9 animal expert. He looked a bit like a rabbit. He had a twitching nose and small front teeth. Chief Agent Stark was not happy that M.I.9 hired him. He was in charge of using animals for spy work. For example, training squirrels to chew wires and steal USB sticks.

Kyle Whittaker: Blane's Army Brother
Kyle Whittaker (British Army) was Blane's older brother. He was a commando in the British Army. Kyle was almost called into a special forces raid. This was on The Worm's house. It could have been a disaster if Blane, Rose, and Daisy hadn't dealt with The Worm first.

Dylan Towser: The Boy Genius
Dylan Towser (British Army) was a very rich and smart boy genius. He used a wheelchair. He worked for the British Army. He developed a Missile Disarmer. His Head of Security was General Ryan Scarp. Scarp turned out to be someone who worked against them. Scarp kidnapped him. He wanted to start a war with the missiles. Dylan's first Missile Disarmer was destroyed by Scarp. But he built another just in time. He stopped the real missiles Scarp planned to use.

Sergeant Rayner: The Tough Sergeant
Sergeant Rayner (British Army) was a British Army sergeant. She worked under General Ryan Scarp. She didn't like bad work, complainers, or weaknesses. But even though she seemed loud and scary, she had a good heart. She even helped the agents stop Scarp's plan.

Lu: The Specially Designed Boy
Lu (Genetically Modified Human) was the result of a special program. Lu looked like a normal Chinese boy. He was chosen to be a test-pilot for a space probe. His body was specially designed to handle the forces of air flight. Lu was an expert in science. He became friends with Rose.

Prime Minister Llewllyn: The Early Leader
Prime Minister Llewllyn (World Leader – United Kingdom) was the leader of the UK. He was kidnapped and cloned by the Guinea Pig. This was an attempt to start a war with Europe. He also talked to the Space Centre Director and Lenny Bicknall on the phone. He was present during a spy plane crisis. He was also there during an asteroid emergency. He and his advisors, ministers, the Royal Family, and other important people moved to a safe bunker. By 2009, Prime Minister Planer had replaced him. His time in office was from 2001–2008.

Prime Minister Planer: The Kidnapped Leader
Prime Minister Planer (World Leader – United Kingdom) was the leader of the UK during one episode. He had a daughter named Chiati-Marie. She was not a good gymnast. While his daughter was performing, Planer was kidnapped. This was by criminals from Boldovia. They forced him to release three dangerous Boldovian criminals. M.I.9 stepped in. PM Planer was saved.

Roger Powel: The Weather Bureau Head
Roger Powel (Weather Bureau – Head of Research) was the Head of Research at the Weather Bureau. He tried to pretend Sonya Frost's weather machine was his own. He didn't know about S.K.U.L. He only had one advanced qualification. He later admitted that Sonya invented the Weather Machine. After this, he was fired from the Weather Bureau.

Dr. Simon Grabworst: The Baby-Minded Scientist
Dr. Simon Grabworst (N.O.S.E. Scientist) was the Chief Scientist at N.O.S.E. (National Organisation for Scientific Exploration). He was affected by water that Vanessa Zietgeist contaminated. This turned his mind into that of a baby. Even as a baby, he tried to tell the M.I.9 agents how to make the antidote. He did this through drawings. Rose developed an antidote. It restored him and everyone else at Saint Hope's to normal.

Konnie Huq: The TV Presenter
Konnie Huq (BBC Presenter) was a real-life Blue Peter presenter. She knew about climate change and global warming. The Grand Master was her biggest fan.

Mr. Gupta: Rose's Pushy Dad
Mr. Gupta (Rose's Dad) was Rose's demanding father. He had high hopes for her. If she got anything less than an 'A' grade, he wasn't happy. He wanted to send her to a fancy school. But Lenny convinced him that Saint Hope's was very high-tech.

Lena Larsson: Carrie's Boldovian Friend
Lena Larsson was Carrie's gymnastic friend from Boldovia. She was very kind and caring. But Carrie didn't know she worked for the Boldovian government. She explained to Carrie in a letter that the Boldovian government threatened to kidnap her parents. She only appeared in one episode.

Irene Ryfield: The Spy Plane Daughter
Irene Ryfield (Main antagonist in episode Spy Plane) was the daughter of the X20 Spy Plane's creator. The plane had a cloaking device. She stole the plane her dad worked on for ten years. She did this because he didn't pay her enough attention. She put it up for sale on the black market. Blane pretended to be an oil baron's son to buy the plane. Blane really liked her. This annoyed Daisy. Irene found out Blane wasn't a real oil baron. This happened just as he was about to buy the plane. So Blane had to stop her from getting away with the money. He almost crashed the plane and ran out of fuel. M.I.9 punished her. They made her teach adults to fly. Her dad then had to spend time with her. She asked if Blane could come help too. But Daisy quickly pulled Blane away from her. This made Daisy's feelings for him very clear. Blane was very embarrassed!
