Bald Hill Schoolhouse
The Bald Hill Schoolhouse in Farmingville is an old school building located on Horseblock Road. It was added to the National Register in 1988, showing its importance in local education history.
Bayles Shipyard
In Port Jefferson, you can find the Bayles Shipyard at 101 East Broadway. This shipyard was a busy place where ships were built and repaired. It became a historic site in 2000.
Mary Louise Booth Girlhood House
The Mary Louise Booth Girlhood House in Yaphank was the childhood home of Mary Louise Booth. She was a very important person in the 19th century, known for being a newspaper editor and a French translator. Imagine growing up in a house that a famous writer once called home! This house was added to the Register in 2015.
Brewster House

Carrington House
The Carrington House in Cherry Grove is a unique early 20th-century beach bungalow. It was once the home of theater director Frank Carrington. What makes it even more interesting is that the famous writer Truman Capote wrote his well-known book Breakfast at Tiffany's while staying there! This house became a historic site in 2014.
Noah Hallock House
The Noah Hallock House in Rocky Point is a seaside frame cottage. It belonged to an early settler named Noah Hallock. This house was added to the National Register in 2013.
Hawkins Homesteads
There are two historic Hawkins Homesteads in Brookhaven. The Hawkins Homestead in Stony Brook is at 165 Christian Avenue and was listed in 1988. The Robert Hawkins Homestead in Yaphank is on Yaphank Avenue and was listed in 1986. These homes show us what life was like for early families in the area.
Homan-Gerard House and Mills
The Homan-Gerard House and Mills in Yaphank are located at the junction of Main Street and Yaphank Road. This complex includes a historic house and mills, giving us a glimpse into the area's industrial and residential past. It was added to the Register in 1988.
William Floyd House
The William Floyd House in Mastic Beach is a very important historic site. It was the home of William Floyd, one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. This house became a historic landmark in 1980.
Masury Estate Ballroom
The Masury Estate Ballroom in Center Moriches is a grand building on Old Neck Road South. It was once part of a larger estate and was listed in 1986.
William Sidney Mount House

The Setauket Presbyterian Church and Burial Ground is at 5 Caroline Avenue in Setauket. This church and its burial ground were listed in 1996.

St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Yaphank is on Main Street. This beautiful church was added to the National Register in 1988.
St. James Chapel
St. James Chapel in Stony Brook is on the east side of Main Street, north of Stony Brook Lane. It became a historic site in 2000.
St. Paul's Episcopal Church Complex
The St. Paul's Episcopal Church Complex in Patchogue is located at 31 Rider Avenue. This church complex was listed in 1995.
United Methodist Church
The United Methodist Church in Patchogue is at South Ocean Avenue and Church Street. This church was added to the National Register in 1984.

First National Bank of Port Jefferson
The First National Bank of Port Jefferson is an important building in Port Jefferson, located at Main and East Main Streets. This old bank building was listed in 2005.
Davis Town Meeting House
The Davis Town Meeting House in Coram is at the junction of Middle Country Road and Coram-Mt. Sinai Road. This meeting house, where people gathered for community events, was listed in 2001.
Stony Brook Grist Mill
The Stony Brook Grist Mill in Stony Brook is on Harbor Road, west of Main Street. A grist mill is a place where grain is ground into flour. This historic mill was added to the Register in 1990.
Suffolk County Almshouse Barn
The Suffolk County Almshouse Barn in Yaphank is west of Yaphank Avenue. An almshouse was a place that provided housing for poor people. This barn, part of that historic complex, was listed in 1986.
Union Savings Bank
The Union Savings Bank in Patchogue is at 62 South Ocean Avenue. This historic bank building was added to the National Register in 2010.
US Post Office-Patchogue
The US Post Office-Patchogue is at 170 East Main Street in Patchogue. This building, where mail has been handled for many years, was listed in 1989.

Bellport Village Historic District

The Miller Place Historic District in Miller Place is located along North Country Road. This area, with its historic buildings, was listed in 1976.

USS SAN DIEGO Shipwreck Site
The USS SAN DIEGO Shipwreck Site is a very unique listing! It's the underwater remains of the armored cruiser USS SAN DIEGO, located off Fire Island. This shipwreck is important because it tells a story about naval history. It was listed in 1998.
Frank Melville Memorial Park
The Frank Melville Memorial Park in Setauket is a beautiful park located on Old Field Road between Lake Street and Main Street. This park was recognized as a historic place in 2010.

Radio Central Complex
