Get ready for some serious slime! Nickelodeon SlimeFest is a super fun music and entertainment event that's packed with slime. It started in Australia in 2012 and has become a huge hit all over the world. Imagine a concert where you might get covered in Nickelodeon's famous green slime!
Over 100,000 people have already been to SlimeFest events. These shows have sold out in places like South Africa, Australia, Italy, the UK, and Spain. In 2018, SlimeFest came to the United States for the first time. It was a two-day music festival for families in Chicago. It returned to Chicago in 2019.
The event was planned to happen in Los Angeles in March 2020. It was going to be part of the 2020 Kids' Choice Awards. However, due to local health concerns about the international coronavirus pandemic, the event was first postponed and then cancelled.

After its big success in Australia, Nickelodeon SlimeFest started happening in other countries too! These international events feature local performers and artists. SlimeFest has been held in Spain, Italy, and the UK since 2016. In August 2019, Nickelodeon announced its first SlimeFest in Asia. It took place in the Philippines on September 28, 2019, at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.
