In 2014, he was the first BMX athlete to be featured in the ESPN Body Issue, appearing alongside famous athletes like Venus Williams and Michael Phelps.

The GO Film Series
Nigel Sylvester started his lifestyle and travel video series, GO, in 2015. As of October 2020, this film series has been watched over 100 million times! His videos are filmed entirely from his point of view using a GoPro camera. This gives fans an exciting, first-hand look at his riding experiences.
The GO series features not only BMX riding but also other exciting activities. These include racing sports cars, go-karts, ATVs, jet skis, and even planes! The first episode of the series was filmed in his hometown of New York City. Later episodes take viewers to Los Angeles, Tokyo, Dubai, London to Paris, and Miami.
Many famous friends from music, entertainment, and sports appear in the series. Some of these include Victor Cruz, ASAP Ferg, Nick Young, Jamie Chung, Rob Dyrdek, Steve Aoki, DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, J. Balvin, Ben Baller, Octavian, and Salt Bae. The videos are co-directed by Harrison Boyce. Nigel continues to grow GO into a lifestyle brand that includes live events and merchandise.
Cool Brand Collaborations
Nigel Sylvester has worked with many famous brands to create special products.
Nike Shoe Designs
Nigel has teamed up with Nike on several shoe releases. His first collaboration was the Nike SB x Sylvester Dunk High “S.O.M.P.” released in March 2014. This was the first time Nike SB worked with a BMX rider to redesign this popular sneaker.
In August 2018, Nigel partnered with Nike again to release his own special Nike Air Jordan 1. This was the very first time a BMX athlete collaborated with the Air Jordan brand. The design of the shoe showed off his hard work and ambition. Each shoe was made to look worn and scuffed, just like his own Air Jordan 1s get when he rides. Nigel doesn't use brakes on his BMX bikes; he uses his Air Jordan 1s to slow down! This collaboration also created a unique BMX bicycle under the new Jordan Biking Co. label.
In October 2019, Nigel worked with Nike again on the famous Air Force 1 shoe through the Nike ID program. He designed his shoe based on his favorite film, Paid In Full. He used the colors and textures from the movie in his design.
Other Exciting Partnerships
Because of his fast-paced lifestyle and cool videos, Electronic Arts worked with Nigel Sylvester to promote their video game, "Need For Speed Heat", in October 2019. This game is set in Miami. As part of this project, Nigel gathered a team of drivers, including Shiggy, Greg Yuna, and Aleali May. They took over the streets of Miami in a fleet of Mercedes-Benz cars and created a series of videos.
In May 2019, Nigel released a very special, one-of-a-kind Fendi BMX bike. It was covered in the famous Double F Zucca print leather, which was first designed by Karl Lagerfeld in 1965. This collaboration was part of Fendi's "F is For Fendi" collection. Nigel rode this custom bike in a short film on top of the Fendi Headquarters in Rome.
In March 2018, Nigel Sylvester appeared in a Samsung television commercial. It aired during the Oscar's to promote their Galaxy S9 smartphone.
In September 2017, Nigel was featured in the campaign for the Kith x Nike Air Jordan 1 collaboration.
In May 2017, he released his GO branded collaboration with the New York Mets and New Era. They released two 9Fifty Original Snapbacks baseball caps. The Mets also invited Nigel to throw out the first pitch at a Mets game to celebrate the partnership.
