Early School Days

Local Government Changes

Between 2008 and 2013, Ridgewood, along with the rest of the Noosa area, became part of the Sunshine Coast Region. This change happened because of a decision to combine local governments. However, many people were not happy with this, and eventually, the decision was reversed. This meant Ridgewood returned to being part of the Shire of Noosa.
