Hubners Bridge, 2015

Hubners Bridge is an important bridge on Sandy Creek Road. It crosses over Sandy Creek. In 2011, a huge flood washed the bridge away. This made it hard for people to get around.

To help the stranded residents, a special "flying-fox" (like a zip line for supplies) was built across the creek. It carried food and other important items. The bridge was rebuilt and reopened in 2012.
