Smile TV is a fun television channel in Greece. It shows lots of cartoons and other cool programs just for kids and teens. It started way back in 1999. For many years, it was known as 0-6 TV. In 2013, it changed its name to Smile TV.

How Smile TV Reaches More Kids
Smile TV works with other TV stations to share its shows. This helps more kids across Greece watch their favorite cartoons.
- Vergina TV: This is like a sister channel. It has been on air since 1993 in Central Macedonia. It used to show cartoons from Smile TV until 2017.
- NET: This station also showed cartoons from Smile TV. They did this from 2015 to 2018.
- Smile+: This is another sister channel. It started in 2016 and took over from a local station called Zeus TV.
- KRITI TV1: This channel shows cartoons from the Smile TV lineup too.
- Smile++: This sister channel started in October 2017. It was the next step for a local station called Super TV. It stopped broadcasting in April 2018.
- Smile_: This is another sister channel. It started showing cartoons in March 2017. It took over from a local station called Egnatia TV.
