Snorks is a fun animated TV show. It was made by Hanna-Barbera Productions. The idea for the show came from a Belgian comic artist named Freddy Monnickendam.

Discover the World of Snorks

The Snorks are small, colorful creatures. They live happily in an underwater world called Snorkland. Each Snork has a special snorkel on their head. They use it to swim very fast through the water. When a Snork gets excited, their snorkel makes a "snork" sound!

Life in Snorkland

The Snorks have technology similar to humans. But their gadgets are made for life underwater. For example, they use clams as money. This is a fun nod to how people sometimes call a dollar a "clam."

Snorks Meet Humans

Long ago, in 1643, some Snorks went to the surface. They thought the surface was like "outer space"! They saw a Royal Navy ship being attacked by pirates. The ship's captain fell into the water. The Snorks saved his life. This was the first time Snorks and humans met. The captain later wrote a book about the Snorks. But most humans did not believe his story. Since then, Snorks have started to do some human things, like wearing clothes.
