The second season of That's So Raven aired on Disney Channel from October 3, 2003, to September 24, 2004. This season follows the Baxter family: Raven (Raven-Symoné), Cory (Kyle Massey), Tanya Baxter (T'Keyah Crystal Keymáh), and Victor Baxter (Rondell Sheridan). They continue to deal with Raven's special ability to see into the future. Orlando Brown and Anneliese van der Pol also star as Raven's best friends, Eddie Thomas and Chelsea Daniels.

Many guest stars appeared this season, including Paula Abdul, Adrienne Bailon, Haylie Duff, and David Henrie.

The original opening for this season was later replaced for TV reruns. However, the first opening was kept for Disney+.

Raven learns the truth and apologizes for being bossy.
