Whiting is in the southern part of Addison County. It sits within the southern area of the Champlain Valley.
Neighboring Towns
Whiting shares its borders with several other towns. To the southwest is Orwell. To the west, you'll find Shoreham. Cornwall is to the north. To the east are Salisbury and Leicester.
South of Whiting is Rutland County. Here, you'll find the town of Sudbury to the south. Brandon is located to the southeast.
