Meet Winsome Witch
Winnie (voiced by Jean Vander Pyl) is a kind witch, but she's not always the best at magic. When she casts a spell, she says her famous catchphrase: "Ippity-pippity-pow!" You'll also hear a special sound effect, like the "Jet Screamer" sound from The Jetsons, when her magic happens.
Winnie's adventures often involve her trying to help people or solve problems. Sometimes her spells don't quite work as planned, leading to funny situations.
