The 23rd Annual Latin Grammy Awards ceremony took place on Thursday, November 17, 2022. It was held at the Michelob Ultra Arena in Las Vegas, United States. This event celebrates the best music from Latin America and Spain. It honors songs and albums released between June 1, 2021, and May 31, 2022.

The names of the nominees were announced on September 20, 2022. This was done through a special online show. Many famous singers helped announce the nominees. These included Kany García, Christina Aguilera, Becky G, and Sebastián Yatra. The main awards show lasted three hours. It was shown live on Univision. Four popular singers hosted the show: Anitta, Luis Fonsi, Laura Pausini, and Thalía.

In April 2022, a special announcement was made. Mexican singer and songwriter Marco Antonio Solís was named the Person of the Year. This award honors artists for their musical achievements and their work helping others. Other artists also received special awards for their long careers. These included Rosario Flores, Myriam Hernández, Rita Lee, Amanda Miguel, and Yordano. They received the Latin Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. The Latin Grammy Trustees Award went to Manolo Díaz, Paquito D'Rivera, and Abraham Laboriel.

The winners of the 23rd Latin Grammy Awards were announced on November 17, 2022. Many talented artists took home awards. Jorge Drexler won the most awards with six. Bad Bunny had the most nominations, with ten in total.
