Kids Encyclopedia Facts

The Australian Film Institute Award for Best Children's Television Drama is a special prize given each year by the Australian Film Institute. This award celebrates the best TV shows made for kids, specifically those that tell a story (drama). It's part of the bigger AFI Awards that honor great work in Australian television. The award started in 1991. Later, in 2009, they added another award just for Best Children's Television Animation.
